We have worked together a team from Vector for about 9 months. In this project we have developed a mobile platform together one of our clients. Vector has played a crucial role in this project by adding all the software developers needed as well as discussing and providing solutions. Despite being a fully remote team we have managed to establish a great team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Vector has added crucial resources that holds the skillset we were looking for. They have been able to deliver on all areas we asked for - spring backend, aws, react native mobile development and react frontend. Their way of working is very structured and they are all highly motivated. Integrating them into our existing team was a smooth process.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We have a mutual project management with a team lead from Vector that are in charge of their resources. Their team lead is always clear about their estimations as well as open if they see that they can't deliver on deadline. In these cases it has always been a smooth process to see what we should prioritise together. Our needs a usually about having someone with experience from a specific technology, Vector is always great in assisting us with finding the right people.

They are very down to earth and easy to talk to, they all speak English very well. They fit our development team perfectly.

No, we had a very good communication about our needs for the project from the very beginning.

No
