We were looking for a solution to fix our MIS and data management issues. Later on we try to build our own CRM and ATS

What was the scope of their involvement?

VAYUZ Technologies has transformed our technological ecosystem. The team has created a single sign-on and an automated real-time single screen for the entire lifecycle of a consultant in our company. All managers have real-time full 360° information of all related operational and financial information to the least possible granularity.VAYUZ Technologies has delivered a CRM, ATS, pre-billing checklist, billing, dashboards, MIS, bonus, and PMS.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

VAYUZ Technologies has automated our entire billing process. The team has removed Excel files, multiple phone calls, and emails. Now, once a bill is raised, the respective dashboard is updated in real-time. The user authority levels are fixed, and the full product is modular.Moreover, the data is available for review in real-time, and errors due to manual work are abolished. All masters are controlled by a centralized team, and we’ll be AI-ready. The processes are uniform and standard, and we have better visibility to management and managers. Overall, VAYUZ Technologies has solved a legacy problem in a quick time.As quantitative metrics, we’ve seen a 90% reduction in billing errors and 70% time saved.

VAYUZ managed the end-to-end design and development of the iCORKu mobile app, including project planning, user experience and interface design, technical development, feature integration, testing, and launch support. Key deliverables included user registration and profiles, wine discovery and documentation tools, ratings and reviews, photo albums, social sharing and community features, a secure and functional backend, and a polished mobile experience designed to support future updates and growth.

The project resulted in a fully designed and functional mobile app that successfully brought the iCORKu concept to market. VAYUZ completed the core user features, delivered a polished and intuitive user experience, established a reliable backend infrastructure, and created a scalable foundation for future enhancements and user growth. The successful completion, testing, and launch readiness of the app were the primary measurable indicators of progress and success.

While some deliverables took longer than initially anticipated, their team remained responsive to our questions, feedback, and evolving needs. The primary area for improvement would be strengthening the quality assurance process before deliverables are shared for review. More thorough testing could have reduced the number of issues identified on our side and helped the project move more efficiently. Faster and more consistent response times would also have improved communication and kept momentum stronger throughout the engagement.

This SOW defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, commercials framework, and acceptance criteria for developing and deploying a mobile application to digitize vehicle gate-in/gate-out operations at one or more warehouse locations. The solution streamlines driver/vehicle verification, document capture, security & safety checks, yard movement, dock assignment, and exit compliance—while integrating with the Client’s ERP/WMS/TMS and providing real‑time dashboards.

Android/iOS mobile app (security guard/gate operator UI) with offline-first sync.
User authentication & roles (Guard, Yard Supervisor, Gate Supervisor, Admin).
Pre‑Gate: appointment/slot or ASN validation; QR/Barcode scan of token/ASN.
Gate‑In:

ANPR capture (device camera) + manual override.
Driver verification: name, phone, DL no./expiry.
Vehicle verification: RC/PUC/Insurance/fitness (numbers, expiry), vehicle type.
Safety checklist (customizable): PPE, chocks, fire extinguisher, seal status, etc.
Photo capture (vehicle sides, seal, odometer—configurable).
Token issuance with unique ID (QR on printable/onscreen token).
Yard & Dock:

Dock assignment (manual/assisted rule‑based), yard movement logs, queue mgmt.
Statuses: Queued → At Gate → In Yard → At Dock → Loading/Unloading → Ready for Exit.
Gate‑Out:

Document re‑check (as applicable), seal verification, load confirmation.
Exit clearance with reason codes for delays/exceptions.
Admin Web Console (Phase 1 light): masters (locations, docks, checklists), user mgmt, basic reporting.
Integrations – Level 1: read-only pull of ASN/appointments and push of gate events via REST APIs; flat file (SFTP) as fallback.
