This SOW defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, commercials framework, and acceptance criteria for developing and deploying a mobile application to digitize vehicle gate-in/gate-out operations at one or more warehouse locations. The solution streamlines driver/vehicle verification, document capture, security & safety checks, yard movement, dock assignment, and exit compliance—while integrating with the Client’s ERP/WMS/TMS and providing real‑time dashboards.

Android/iOS mobile app (security guard/gate operator UI) with offline-first sync.
User authentication & roles (Guard, Yard Supervisor, Gate Supervisor, Admin).
Pre‑Gate: appointment/slot or ASN validation; QR/Barcode scan of token/ASN.
Gate‑In:

ANPR capture (device camera) + manual override.
Driver verification: name, phone, DL no./expiry.
Vehicle verification: RC/PUC/Insurance/fitness (numbers, expiry), vehicle type.
Safety checklist (customizable): PPE, chocks, fire extinguisher, seal status, etc.
Photo capture (vehicle sides, seal, odometer—configurable).
Token issuance with unique ID (QR on printable/onscreen token).
Yard & Dock:

Dock assignment (manual/assisted rule‑based), yard movement logs, queue mgmt.
Statuses: Queued → At Gate → In Yard → At Dock → Loading/Unloading → Ready for Exit.
Gate‑Out:

Document re‑check (as applicable), seal verification, load confirmation.
Exit clearance with reason codes for delays/exceptions.
Admin Web Console (Phase 1 light): masters (locations, docks, checklists), user mgmt, basic reporting.
Integrations – Level 1: read-only pull of ASN/appointments and push of gate events via REST APIs; flat file (SFTP) as fallback.
Dashboards – Level 1: live queue, gate counter, TAT, exception heatmap.

Successful platfrom launched with no bugs in the app or in web environment.  Complex tasks such as verification processes to keep the platfrom safe.  Ongoing versions and added features over a 2 year period.
