Arolf International Consult helps students in Africa get admission and visa to study a bachelor or master degree programme in Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.

Our Mission is to aid a better future for Africa and Africans by helping to foster global connectivity and advanced human development through international education. I am the Chief Operating Officer.

Our website did not meet the standard of the company, so we needed to rebuild it professionally. We contacted Vassion Media Inc. based on recommendation for a suitable and highly professional website that speaks the language of the company.

After consultation, Vassion Media Inc took us through some strategy sessions to understand on need for a website and our goals. Following this, they created an outstanding website. As a result this, we have been using Vassion for our official Web development.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were in search of web development company that pays attention to details, and expresses creatively, with apt attention to our needs. An industry friend recommended Vassion and showed us the website they created for another company. It was pretty impressive, and so we decided to reach out.

We scheduled a meeting. They were prompt, and attentive to our needs. Paid keen attention to our description, and asked questions to ensure we were properly understood. They showed us their portfolio, the kind different platforms websites are built on, including the perks of each.

We looked through each, and decided on what we felt was best for us at the moment, considering our goal and budget. Went on to negotiate the cost of our website development. They were remarkably open to negotiation and consideration, although, within their professional worth.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the website, we received reviews on the quality of our site, especially its aesthetics and user-friendly nature. Our advertising team also commended on how much it improved our website lead generation.

We had periodic virtual and physical meetings with the team. After building the site, we looked through it, and got back to them on changes to effect, which they did. We used WhatsApp and Zoom for virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They understand what creativity means. We emphasised how much we didn't want our site to be a replica of another. We showed them samples of different sites we found interesting, and the features that stood out, so we wanted those features, but not a replica of those sites.

We wanted a site unique to us, in tone with our brand colour, materials and feel. They achieved this clearly. Also, I find their communication skills impressive. They were always in touch with us, even when we were unavailable at some point, they persistently ensured to reach through to us to ensure the project's deadline was met.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Well, initially, we had some issues with misuse of words and punctuations, we pointed this out and they improved.
