Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the cofounder of a company that owns proxy servers and sells proxies to our customers.

For what projects/services did your company hire Varfaj?

We hired Varfaj to help us upgrade our backend. Our existing backend was very slow and sometimes frustrated our customers, so we figured that Varfaj could help us solve that issue.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to upgrade our database (connected to our web app) in such a way that it would perform faster yet remain secure than what we had.

How did you select this vendor?

We were recommended to Varfaj by the owners of another company who had used them in the past for their projects.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Varfaj helped us with our ASP.NET program which utilized the Mongo DB C# driver. They reviewed our code and identified multiple points where we were hindering our own performance, and aided us in improving the overall structure of our database. Things like allocating customers products were not performing optimally. Varfaj really shined in making our website a lot faster with our daqtabase

What was the team composition?

The project had about 3 people that would communicate with us regularly. Varfaj was very good about their communication which we greatly appreciated.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our website became much faster (and safer) after our experience with Varfaj. We are grateful that another set of eyes could help us to identify where we could improve our code.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project team that was assigned to us was very effective with their c ode review and helping us write new code to use in our backend.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing about Varfaj was probably their expertise and ability to identify issues. There were multiple things that we wouldn't have even thought of in relation to how were were doing certain actions within our database.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We had a near-perfect experience with Varfaj, so we could not really think about any areas for improvement. The price was definitely very fair.

I am the CEO at ChoreBug, Inc., an online platform that connects youth to community members who need odd jobs done in their homes.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase our click-through rate with a more attractive website.

How did you select this vendor?

Steven (CEO, Varfaj) reached out to me. Since we are both New York University students, I was happy to give him the project after talking with him for only a few minutes.

Describe the project in detail.

Varfaj was responsible for designing our website, allowing our CTO to focus on the platform itself. Initially, we discussed the optimal design for our needs, and they executed everything perfectly.

What was the team composition?

I worked with Steven and Charles (Project Manager, Varfaj).

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our traffic has increased, and so did our job volume. I’m sure that this is partly due to Varfaj’s fantastic design, which helped us properly convey our message.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was always quick and easy. We could contact them through email or text. Steven and Charles were always on top of the project and even talked about it at 4 a.m.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I’m amazed at the number of different things they can do. I am already thinking about how they can help me with the other aspects of our platform.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, nothing comes to mind.

I’m the Owner of Get Your Fix Physical Therapy. I work with athletes and active adults on injury rehab, injury prevention, and wellness, using both local and virtual platforms.

For what projects/services did your company hire Wilson Develops LLC?

I needed to revamp my website and make it possible to expand it further down the road as I continue to grow and expand what I offer in my business.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to improve the website, move the hosting, and get hosted email.

How did you select this vendor?

I was referred to them by a friend.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Kyle got on the phone with me first to understand what I was looking for, and to inquire about my future vision, to see what would be best for me. He rebuilt my website, moved it to his hosting, set up email on his server, and worked out all the bugs that occurred due to the transfer.

What was the team composition?

The owner worked on my project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

My website is much more manageable now, and I have someone to reach out to if I have issues or questions when I’m changing things up.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It was very effective. I gave him the project and he took over. It took no effort on my part.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

He worked all day on New Year’s to get my website up and running by start of business January 2nd. He is very quick to respond anytime I had (and still have) questions.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

No, everything has been excellent!
