I'm the HR Manager for Virtual Physician Scribes India Pvt. Ltd.a wholly-owned subsidiary of Virtual Physician Scribes, LLC, Texas, US.

For what projects/services did your company hire Varcas Interactive, and what were your goals?

Our website was created 2 years ago and became outdated. Since we did not have in-house developers, we hired a design team and develop our new website. By doing this, we were hoping to increase our traffic substantially by the end of the year.

How did you select Varcas Interactive and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for web developers in and after checking their reviews in Google we approached Mr. Sonu from Varcus. We choose them for their past projects, design skills, and cost estimate.

We had our first official meeting in our office to discuss our goals and objectives from there the team delivered mockups and wireframes for our site. After a few iteration, their team designed and developed the website. They updated the content to reflect our company's services and created a landing page with a contact form for both US and India.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had Mr. Sonu initially later Mr. Himashu from the development team joined through out the process.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site we saw a sharp increase in traffic and incoming leads doubled over months to the landing page. Also from the contact us page they made two pages one for the US and one for India. Both saw a good increase.

We had weekly calls with Mr. Sonu through Zoom who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were delays, he will let us know ahead of time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a professional site that's easy to update. For our IT person, it was a simple task to make any minor changes and moreover, the Varcus team was always upfront if we required any changes to the website after completion of the project at an affordable price.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When they launched first there were major changes in the website and they were quick to fix it.

We outsource aspects of our work to Varcas Interactive. They have worked on the design and development of our informational, solution-based website. As an additional project, they designed a new logo for our company from scratch.

We worked with four members of the team including developers and designers.

Varcas Interactive was recommended to us by a friend of mine. When we got in touch with them, they were very responsive and courteous. The team seemed highly work-oriented. We felt they could take on the tasks we gave them and succeed. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together on this project from March–April 2019. Currently, the team is working on a few minor changes.

Our team was pleased with the services Varcas Interactive provided, and our client was very satisfied with their work. There were a few changes that needed to be made, and they were highly responsive. They started working on them immediately.

They complete all their work on time and are very responsive. We use group chats, phone calls, Skype, and email to stay in touch. Communication was always seamless.

Varcas Interactive is very friendly. They are an impressively innovative team, and we really like their creative work. They have skilled people on their team who did a great job for us. We would like to work with them more in the future.

No, everything went smoothly.

Varcas Interactive has a strong work ethic. I would recommend them to other clients. Their timing is on point. They are keen to develop the products we need and are creative in their work.

Varcas Interactive helps us promote our products online with full-fledged digital marketing campaigns. Their team manages all of our social media accounts and develops engaging content for all of our platforms. They also designed a new logo that perfectly reflects our brand.

Our digital footprint has increased exponentially across multiple social media platforms. Although they were only brought in to improve our visibility, they have also enhanced the quality of our brand with their custom web designs.
