Smooth, no issues transition from previous MSP. No complaints or issues with IT Support Desk since transition. Knowledgeable, experienced consulting as to security and software solutions.

We had a VERY short timeline for conversion, and they went above and beyond my expectations for a timely, seamless conversion. Always responded quickly and with appropriate advice. Worked diligently with former MSP to assure a smooth transition.
