Depending on the project, Valanor took a different approach in order to minimize costs & hours used for Project management. For our clients, the waterfall approach was the most useful. Valanor engineers had direct interaction with some of our clients due to the minimization of client communication between us & them, especially when a client had an engineer in their team as well. Valanor was available every day of the week for the topics with our clients.

VALANOR demonstrated mastery across the full analytics stack—from implementing advanced GA4 and PiwikPro tagging via Google Tag Manager (GTM), through building robust data pipelines in BigQuery, all the way to crafting interactive Power BI dashboards, but also implementing & answering CMP topics. Their ability to think both like a marketer (data collection and tagging) and like a data engineer (ETL, warehousing, modeling) set them apart. This is due to the understanding of the different limitations that both our Corporate & Small-Mid sized clients face, as Valanor was able to adapt to each.
