What challenge were you trying to address with Vaekst Digital A/S?

 We needed to get more clients to make appointments for a free introductory speech. We also needed to update our SEO and Google Ads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Vaekst Digital A/S has helped us with remaking our homepage and being more active on specific keywords that customers seek. They’ve also helped me made blogs for the homepage. The team has updated our SEO, helped us find client-seeking keywords, and updated our Google Ads. Vaekst Digital A/S has also given us priority in our online advertising work.

We found them through a recommendation from a friend. Vaekst Digital A/S has a wide overview of online possibilities, including homepages, SEO, and Google Ads. They offer all of these services in one company.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Vaekst Digital A/S always keeps track of the outcome and changes the direction when the outcome doesn’t fit the payment going in. Our primary outcome has been more clients signing up for a free introductory speech with us. That’s been the main target throughout our collaboration. Typically, we get 1–2 new clients a week. That has more than satisfied our needs for new clients, especially over time. Over time, the consistency has been more valid. We’ve become more well-known online, and more of our clients recommend us to other clients.

How did Vaekst Digital A/S perform from a project management standpoint?

Vaekst Digital A/S has delivered on time every time. Especially their owner, Mr. Rune; he's a very motivated person, and seems to be very liked by his staff. Other companies I have worked with haven't kept on delivering over time as Vaekst has. We communicate through emails, phone, video, and personal meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Vaekst Digital A/S is the company that has helped us the most. Other companies we’ve worked with haven’t kept on delivering over time like Vaekst Digital A/S has. We’ll keep them as our online partner. We’re impressed by their method of making their online knowledge work for our company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes, some of the sparring has been a bit too technical for us. We do not know or have much interest in the online function behind the scenes. A bit more daily speak would be better for us.
