In addition, our deployment process became much faster, moving from biweekly releases to multiple deployments per day. Test coverage on the rebuilt backend reached 91%, and infrastructure cost per request declined by around 35%. These improvements gave us a more scalable and reliable platform for continued growth.

We also onboarded two additional upstream sources, adding about 2.4 TB of daily throughput, and reduced Snowflake compute costs by approximately 22%.

Beyond the numbers, the team gave us something we didn’t really have before: visibility into pipeline health and much more confidence in the data we were delivering to customers.
