I lead the Experiential Marketing programme for a large IT services company based in India.

We worked with USERFACET on multiple projects from 2016 and we continue to foster the relationship even now on many new projects across geos.

What were your goals for this project?

The one goal that drives all our projects is get our customers excited with all our services offering by providing them an personalized experiences through experiential demo showcases which has rich UI/UX components.

How did you select this vendor?

The selection progress had multiple levels, obviously this involved checking their previous work and getting a small POC done followed by multiple meetings to judge their understating of UI/UX experiences.

The Userfacet team has worked on multiple projects which has been showcased at leading industry forums like National Reatil Foundation, World Economic Forum and also at our flagship sales and customer events across the geos.

What was the team composition?

Right from the beginning we always have a mix of team member, that inculded a full time project anchor supported by UI/UX and animators who worked with us over sprints and delivered projects on very tight deadlines every time without any questions asked

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have worked with Userfacet on a World Economic Forum project and we have set deadline of 25 plus dates to finish and launch the project, the project was based an industry survey we had done.

We wanted to converted a paper-based report into a awesome digital experiences for WEF 2019 and team did a fab job of taking a paper based report and making a digital experience that reached our 100 account in less than a month increasing our thought leadership position in the highly competitive market by 5X.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

This is no brainer the Userfacet team is an extended family and they have gone beyond their call of duty to make sure that we stand tall in front of our clients always without any hesitations on every project we have worked on so far.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their understanding of technology is really awesome, and the openness with which the team operates is something we admire.

Are there any areas for improvement?

not really, they are doing an awesome job already may be then add more manpower to take up more projects.

Monitoring the performance of solar energy is a challenge. We installed a device near each site that relays information, analyzes data, and provides effective customer service.

Our goal was to provide a good service to our customers.

We hired Userfacet to capture data from each device and present it to customers. They designed and developed the UI of our new website and IoT mobile app.

Our website is live now. We were satisfied with the quality of their work. By understanding the complexity of our technology and requirements, Usefacet delivered high-quality results.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They completed the project on time. They used GitHub and we found no issues.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I appreciated their creative thinking, timely deliveries, and attention to detail. They honored their words and delivered what they promised. They even extended their support even after completing the project. We recommend Userfacet for UX design and development.

There will always be ways to do better. Userfact should analyze each project and find elements to improve.

The team takes a lot of care in understanding the project well and then coming up with multiple options/designs and gathers feedback and works on the iterations diligently and delivers the project timely. They work as partners not vendors and are highly approachable at all hours and bring valuable insights to the table which makes execution of complicated projects with ease and panache.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have worked on multiple projects and each one has set its own benchmark and received commendable appreciation on the ease of use and intuitiveness of the applications. Well-researched and appealing to a large diaspora of audiences, the applications have inspired other projects.

We were very comfortable working with the team as they always ensured timely delivery.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Open-mindedness with which they approach and professional delivery of services and ongoing post-delivery servicing.

There was a rigorous selection process with multiple levels that included reviewing their previous projects extensively as well their UI/UX experience.

The Userfacet team worked on Sales experience demos for 2 of our product lines that are being used to showcase at various forum as well as for demand generation across our digital channels.

We're pleased with the deliverables from their team. We've presented the demos to various potential customers and have receveid positive feedback. Userfacet has helped create a user-friendly demo.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was easy to work and communicate with. We were also provided with frequent updates and proactive inputs that helped improve the overall storyline and demo. The project was delivered on time and the team members were very prompt.

They are very well-versed with technology, and working with the team was a breeze.

First the code delivered was excellent.  It had very high quality and was delivered on time.  Second, they worked very well with our designers.  With their design background, they complemented our design experience and they went the extra mile to deliver an exceptional user experience in code.
