The development of a software that has never been seen in Hungary before. In the sales meetings we presented the operational software.

We created a website with three different users, art galleries, artistst and art followers. The artist could create portfolios and send them to art galleries. Art galleries could choose from the portfolio and suggest to make an exhibition. The art galleries could create exhibitions and sell works of art. There would also be a profit sharing between the gallery and the artist. The third user was the art follower, that basicly could follow his/her favourite art galleries in one place.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website was created with all the features we hoped for. Some of them we found in the progress of work. All the objectives were met and we were able to take it to marked.

Useo, and Dariusz, that was responsible for this project, has an incredible level of expertise, and a moral and work ethic that I was lucky to be around.

On the practcal side; He is always on time, delivers seemingly easy, always knows what to do first, and gives very accurate estimates of how much time it takes. I was amazed at how much we got done for the time spent. You dont need to be a technical person to work with him, he knows the process and takes care of it. Yet I could be involved in many of the small decisions; the tailoring of the application.

More than that, he makes sure that the mechanisms of the service at all times respects the automonmy and the best interest of the user.

The project involved redesigning the customer portal for a furniture manufacturer, including a new interface and the implementation of a customer panel with a shopping cart feature. The solution was developed using the low-code FlutterFlow platform and tailored to B2B workflows and ordering processes in the manufacturing sector.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Measurable results of the project carried out by USEO included:

increased intuitiveness and ergonomics of the interface, confirmed by positive user feedback,
reduced customer service time thanks to a simplified purchasing process in the cart module,
growth in the number of active portal users, indicating an improved user experience (UX),
a decrease in errors and technical support requests related to order processing,
and improved aesthetics and visual consistency of the portal, strengthening the company’s image among B2B customers.

Project management by USEO was carried out at a very high level.
The team delivered all components according to the agreed schedule, and every stage of the work was completed on time.

USEO demonstrated excellent communication with us as a client — they regularly consulted progress, suggested improvements to enhance portal functionality, and responded quickly to our needs. All corrections were implemented efficiently, without delays and without the need for reminders.

The company not only met our expectations but also actively advised us, proposing optimal design and functional solutions. As a result, the cooperation was smooth, professional, and pleasant.

In summary, the project was completed on time, according to the requirements, with a full understanding of our needs, and the cooperation with USEO was exemplary.

What impressed me the most was that USEO acted not only as a contractor, but as a true project partner.
They didn’t just follow our guidelines — they proactively proposed ideas, optimized solutions, and cared about the final result as if they were building the portal for themselves.

What was also exceptional:

communication was fast, clear, and highly professional,
corrections were implemented immediately and without additional cost,
the team understood business needs, not only technical requirements,
they combined strong UX/UI expertise with strategic thinking.
This approach made the cooperation not only effective but also pleasant, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations.

In our cooperation, it is difficult to point out any areas requiring significant improvement — the project was completed professionally, on time, and in line with our expectations.
If we were to suggest a possible enhancement, it would be to present a broader range of design options during the initial mock-up stage, so we could have more variants to choose from at the very beginning.

This was not a drawback, but rather a suggestion that could further enrich the creative process. Overall, we are fully satisfied with the results and the quality of our collaboration with USEO.

 After launching the website, thanks to the appropriate selection of content, I was in the top positions of the search engine. On the first day, the website received numerous visits from potential customers, even though the service it offers isn’t very popular.

 USEO completed the project faster than I expected. We communicated via email, phone calls, and meetings. I was kept informed about the progress. I was able to provide my comments and changes as the work progressed.

What was the scope of their involvement?

USEO has been responsible for building Publigo's mobile application from the ground up and continuously delivering new features in an agile, iterative manner. The scope includes the full development cycle — from initial architecture and design through implementation to ongoing enhancements — ensuring the app evolves in step with our needs.

Key functionalities delivered include support for multiple platforms, secure pairing of each student with their respective platform, browsing the courses a student has access to, switching seamlessly between them, and remembering each user's progress so they can easily continue where they left off.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One clear measure of success has been the positive feedback from our clients, who can now deliver their educational content through a new channel — our mobile platform — expanding the ways they reach and engage their audiences. We've received direct messages from our customers thanking us for giving them the possibility to teach students using a mobile app.

How did USEO perform from a project management standpoint?

USEO's project management has been transparent, well-organized, and responsive. They deliver milestones on time, keep us informed throughout the process, and adapt smoothly when priorities shift, which is essential in an agile workflow. Our priority is to have fast, direct access to the developer to keep the feedback-testing-iteration loop short and enable quick releases in an agile manner. For that reason, we rely on a messenger for day-to-day communication and Trello for task tracking and project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was USEO's combination of technical expertise with a genuinely collaborative spirit — they were open to unconventional solutions, flexible in adapting to our needs, and proactive in taking ownership of technical decisions so we could focus on the bigger picture.

So far, our collaboration has met or exceeded expectations, and we haven't identified any major areas for improvement. As the project grows, the only thing we could wish for is to keep the same pace and quality of delivery we've experienced so far.

USEO has helped us develop, maintain, and operate the biggest apprenticeship platform in Switzerland, with almost 10 million visits. It's a profitable and sustainable project. Almost every student in Switzerland visits and finds their apprenticeship with the help of our portal.

We had to scale up our teams quickly and upskill our junior development team. In the shortest amount of time, we could double our staff and bring in the desired senior-level expertise. USEO built an AI-based screening and scraping system to handle thousands of CVs effectively. We could hire with 2–3 interviews per week with the best candidate leads.

They systematically upskilled our team by composing diverse teams and investing in high-potential talent, giving them a lot of responsibility. USEO provided great and kind leadership.
