We were looking to hire a creative agency that would handle our rebranding and website development.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a robust website that all our clients and prospective clients can visit. We envisioned creating a better online visibility for the services we render. We also needed a beautiful website in order to attract more leads and in office visits.

We considered two web design agencies to work with at first. The deciding factor for us was previous job done, pricing and location. Upwise Digital is located in same city with us, they had a really impressive portfolio and their price was affordable.

We wanted a website that's easy to navigate, easy on the eye, optimized for search engine & social media, clean and in line with our business goals.

The project started with a discovery/strategy session. Next was wireframe, design presentation, and development followed. At the end, Upwise Digital crafted a solid and bespoke website that met with our goals. Staffs were also trained on how to update and manage the site.

What was the team composition?

Total team members for our website project were three. A project manager, UI/UX designer and a web developer. Majority of our discussion were with the project manager who also doubled as quality assurance officer.

The website, SEO and social media solution they provided increased our online interaction, enquiries and in office visit. Their service was so good that we gave them two referrals.

The project management was near perfect. The team was timely, meetings were short and straight to the point. Iterations were implemeted swiftly.

There's always room for improvement. However, the experience of working with Upwise Digital was near perfect. Easily the best digital agency we've worked with.

We hired Upwise Digital for our Website Development. We wanted to make our services and tour packages more easy to access by our clients. Booking online will be a great way to ease stress.

We envisioned a solid awareness increase for our company, our services and tour packages. We expected a Responsive Design, Online tour booking functionality, and an exciting and interactive design.

Upwise Digital was referred to us through Applause Travels - a travel agency as well. We had spoken to two other companies but Upwise Digital expertise as seen on projects they've worked on got us glued. Even with their level of experience, they are very friendly, they become so concerned about your growth. Also, their payment plan was very flexible.

Upwise Digital designed and developed our official website. The website was built to cater for online tour booking and a whatsapp quick chat integration that allows customers get immediate support.

We were six. I worked directly with the project manager assigned to our project. I also met with the designers and developers along the way as well.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The website has received lots of positive reviews from our clients. We have experienced over 40% leads increase in our first month of launching it. We are confident it will help us increase sales by over 200% in the next six months.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was smooth as every stakeholder was very professional in their conduct. Communications was very clear and seamlessly done via emails and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The creativity, quality and drive for excellence is something we really love about Upwise Digital. Their communiation skill is also top-notch.They are keen on quality in everyway - images, output... We are so impressed and happy to have them as a digital partner.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Hmmm...Considering the quality of work and the dedication they put into projects, i think they should charge more than they currently do. Because when compared with other agencies who do less than what they do, Upwise Digital is actually charging the least. I hope they find this review and give it a thought.

Our goal was to have a solid online presence – a website and a fully operated online church. Expectations were: To have a website that carries information about the church – its history, activities, founders and affiliations. To have  a church service livstreaming fuctionality (due to the Covid-19 pandemic). To have an online giving functionality and to have a church store where books, audios and other resources can be sold.

We discussed the project expectations and Upwise Digital followed it up with a prototype which we then agreed on. Upwise Digital team of designers and developers crafted a bespoke and world-class official website for our church. The website was built to convey every information about the church. It has a live streaming functionality – that enables online service with all church members. It has an online giving feature that allows for seamless payment of offerings, tithes and donations. It was also built to have a shop integrated in order to facilitate sales of books, audio and other church resources.

It was a team of myself, the project manager, UI/UX Designer, and a Developer.

The result has been very impressive. our goals and objective for building the website is been actualized. We are now able to conduct services with can be LIVE Streamed We are now able to sell chuch magazines, audios and other resources. Donations can be made without have to be inside the church auditorium.
