Through the biggest events, we manage all PR through the team and ask them to support us on the floor during the event to maximize the final media coverage.

There was one period when the rotation on the team was a little too high, and it was a little harder to follow projects and keep things moving. The team is very professional, but it's better if we can build relations and trust.

Uproar does a great job delivering results.  We discuss what each quartlery stategy will be and then we go over each quarter report.  Uproar always delivers.  They also do a great job of listening and adjusting our strategy to the industry.

In the first five months of working with them, we've already doubled the coverage we received with a former PR firm that Uproar replaced. We've also created strong thought leadership and are gaining more media traction.

We communicate seamlessly via Slack, email, phone calls, and Zoom. Uproar is formal yet easy to converse with, and I enjoy collaborative the conversations.

The Uproar PR team never disappoints. They are thorough yet really listen to our ideas that we bring to the table. I love that we have ideas flowing in from both the PR side of the table and our side -- it truly feels like teamwork.

Moburst has been responsible for assisting the marketing team with announcing product launches, pushing seasonal products, preparing and distributing press releases for product announcements and partnership announcements, and pitching to media outlets outside of our usual verticals. 
Since partnering with Moburst in 2024, we've seen significant increases in our inclusions in media outlets as shown in quarterly reports, sent samples out to reporters for media inclusions, distributed more press releases than we would've done on our own to a broader audience, and saw inclusions in national media outlets we would not have otherwise seen.

Increased our overall visibility across verticals outside of our product reach, overdelivered on goals for number of samples sent out, pieces of coverage in which we were included, and press releases distributed.

Moburst has always delivered items either early or on time. They are wonderful at listening to what we might be missing or needing additional hands with and stepping in to assist. If we ever ask for a pressing release to go out, they turn it around within 24 hours after getting all information needed. We've asked for assistance with naming a new product and they had an extensive list of ideas within one week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Uproar by Moburst is eager to learn and constantly comes up with creative ideas to increase visibility. Our company's products are very niche and Moburst has done an excellent job of learning how our products work, what products would be great to recommend to journalists, and how to highlight specific features of products to make them more appealing to a mass audience. 
They're also great at coming up with ideas to pitch to journalists outside of samples and press releases. For example, they recently gave us the idea to come up with a battery care kit to send out to journalists for Car Care Month.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Uproar by Moburst could have done differently?

No - I think we've all been very happy with Uproar/Moburst! Any time we've provided feedback or asked for anything additional, they've been able to provide.
