UNNIC has provided us with IT and AI tools that have allowed us to reduce the time we spent doing routine tasks of checking and comparing order confirmations with suppliers. These tools include a confirmation comparator and a requested change validator.

Previously, online commercial management was handled by speaking directly with clients, which consumed a lot of the team’s time and sometimes led to lost conversions due to delayed responses.

We proposed and developed an AI-powered chatbot, which we integrated into both the website and WhatsApp to automate part of the customer service and speed up the process.

Since its implementation, the conversion rate on the main channels has increased by 4%, the time spent per client has decreased by 50%, and the NPS of the sales process has risen by 3 points.

The project had a budget of €8,000, and the chatbot remains active and continues to evolve as you expand your services.

What impressed me most about this company was their ability to combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of our business goals. They didn’t just build a solution — they thought strategically, anticipated our needs, and delivered something that truly added value. Their proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement set them apart.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Unnic AI could have done differently?

If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be to provide more documentation during and after the implementation phase. While the team was always available to answer questions, having a more structured handover or user guide would have made internal onboarding even smoother. That said, they were very supportive whenever we needed clarification.
