Univisia designed and developed a custom Microsoft Power Platform solution covering our complete sales lifecycle from lead qualification and opportunity management to proposal generation, contract signing, and billing. The platform enabled us to launch our energy brokerage services within a few months and reduced invoice processing and proposal preparation from hours of manual work to a largely automated workflow. 

Key deliverables: 
· A model-driven CRM application built on Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse 
· An AI-powered workflow for processing electricity invoices from multiple suppliers and document formats 
· Automated extraction of customer consumption and pricing data from invoices 
· A recommendation engine that matches customer data with the most suitable electricity supply plans 
· Automated generation of tailored, customer-ready proposals that update when sales representatives adjust the recommended plans 
· Azure Functions for scalable, serverless data processing. 
· A web portal for customers and third-party sales partners · Integrations with SharePoint for document management, Scrive for electronic contract signing, and external pricing services for automated supply plan calculations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

· We launched our energy brokerage operations within approximately four months, progressing from initial research in April 2025 to the first production release in August 2025. 
· Invoice processing and proposal preparation were reduced from hours of manual work to a largely automated workflow completed within minutes. 
· We successfully onboarded three third-party sales partners through the platform. 
· The AI-powered invoice analysis tool became the most frequently used feature in the system. · The platform continues to support new features, integrations, and automations as our business grows.

Univisia’s ability to quickly understand our business needs and turn them into practical solutions. Their combination of Power Platform and AI expertise helped us automate a complex sales workflow and launch our operations within a very short timeframe.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Univisia could have done differently?

As our processes and requirements evolved throughout the project, more structured alignment sessions and clearer documentation of changing requirements at the beginning of each development phase could have made some decisions faster. However, Univisia remained flexible and adapted the solution as our business needs developed, so it didn't impact the project's outcome.

The project started as just an idea and some wireframes. Univisia built the entire platform, including optimized streaming video, payment processing user and product creation flows, and full mobile responsive. Although we pivoted away, the team during the first year also worked with Web3/Blockchain on the DeSo technology.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The delivery of the platform itself was completed and is now live. In terms of incremental progress, each month there were clear goals, some were short sprints, some took a little longer than I anticipated, but the team could always get it done.

The number of users actively using the web app within a specific time frame. The measure of new users joining the platform. The percentage of website visitors who complete a desired action. How quickly the portal loaded. The web app is available and operational when users need it. Positive feedback from users to gauge their satisfaction with the web app.

Always deliver on time and have always been happy to help with issues that we have had moving forward. Good response times, and great communication on every level. They are always polite and professional.
