Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a People Partner in SupportYourApp. Our company is Support as a Service company, providing multilingual, technology-enhanced customer support for esteemed tech companies.

For what projects/services did your company hire UniSkill?

In 2020 our Tech Department was rapidly growing, so we needed a reliable partner that could help us recruit a few developers.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We considered multiple HR consulting firms online, looking at their services, price structure, and communication style. In the end, we chose this firm because their pricing was on point, and we could feel that they share our values, as well as understood the soft skills crucial for us.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

We had a few calls, where we went through their approach, and confirmed which pipeline stages would be in their domain, and which stages would be covered by us. They were flexible about it. We could easily track the progress online with them, and also we were happy about brief reports. It helped a lot to keep ourselves on the same page.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had a seasoned recruiter worked with us, and we always felt the warm presence of Kateryna, the CEO.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

UniSkill helped us find the qualified developers we looked for in reasonable time. They were a total match culturally, and work with us till today. One of them is now trusted with his own product.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated regularly. Emails were answered promptly, and calls were there if needed. Info exchange was effective and timely.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They took the time to understand our culture and brought us people with the exact soft skills we needed.
