We hired Uncovered for a full website revamp/upgrade along with an ongoing management and marketing plan. Ours goals were to grow a wider audience and gain higher traffic to our website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose Uncovered for two reasons. Firstly the portfolio they had worked with was very similar in terms of the results, appearance and plan that we were looking for. And secondly due to the highly positive recommendations I received from other local businesses.

The initial load was to completely rebrand and rebuild the website. Followed by stronger lead generation and higher results in PPC, link referrals, press articles, key words and social media.

I am the Marketing Executive at Fairfield Motorgroup. We are a BMW & MINI dealership with a second hand car dealership.

We originally started out with a PPC campaign for the Billericay dealership. Billericay opened during the COVID-19 pandemic so the service part of the dealership got off to a tough start. Lee's PPC campaign averaged 1 lead a day from May-December. We then hired Lee to create an e-commerce store for out parts & accessories section of the BMW & MINI dealership.

I had worked with Lee previously and knew he was an expert in his field. Working with him on the PPC campaign was a no-brainer and the E-commerce store was a bonus!

Once we had discussed our goals for the PPC Campaign, Lee created a data studio to help us track our ROI. Before the E-commerce project started, we discussed our ideal design, brand guidelines & product page style.

The PPC campaign was extremely successful. With a small budget, Lee's campaign gained over 270 conversions, with the customer's average spend over £180.

They are easy to work with and keep me updated daily and dependent on the project.

Lee is a one-man band that can do it all.
