We were providing services to public schools, and decided to expand our services to B2C/B2B market for parents, students and tutors. This required us to re-develop the UI/UX and create a top-notch user flow that would be modern, utilitarian and gasified at the same time

We selected several vendors at first. We made an interview with each one, and gave them the same 1-week trial task. KinDesign was a cutting edge selection, based on their holistic problem approach. They managed to make a small research of our user pains and need, gave top market references and modern trends. Also, they provided an outstanding solution of our trial task, that none of other vendors could provide.

First of all, their team conducted a deep market research collecting best practices, reviews and mistakes other similar products did in the past that we should avoid. Second, they proposed a user experience first in black and white, without any particular design elements in order to stay focused on the experience first and not being distracted on colors or other design elements. Third, once the user flow was confirmed, they began developing user interface in 3 phases, dispatching deliverables in an order of importance, first being elements that was blocking the back end part.

We are very happy with the project outcomes and their recommendations towards the project in general. We’ve launched the app and the feedback has been positive.

The team was extremely easy to communicate with, with timely responses and deliverables. In general, their team is very competent and professional in what they do, and they're a pleasure to work with.

We hired the vendor to create a modern and user friendly application for one of our devices. It was a challenge to create an interesting and thrilling experience for a health app.

We searched on different platforms and countries appropriate UX/UI developers and interviewed some of them. Also we checked the previous projects, design skills and cost estimate. The similar projects from the vendor we liked and we agreed appropriate conditions for our project.

The team conducted intensive research, collected information and designs from similar projects, gathered industry reviews, and reviewed the competitors. We started then to design the user journey.

After a view review and very good input from the team, we started the UX phase. During this process, we recognized the professionalism of the team as all tasks were done very well and the communication was highly efficient. As the last point we organized in a very short time the UI finished with a great outcome.

Within only two weeks we had a prototype and started with the first par the development.

We are happy with the delivery of the work. Now we are working on the development and checked the feedbacks of some customers and all our team. The most feedbacks were very positive and we are glad to work with this professional team.

The workflow was very effective. All tasks were understood immediately and implemented fast. The communication was efficient and always on point. Everything was delivered on time, just one week we had some delays but with information about this in advance, what was not delaying for us.

They were very patient to take us through the process during we were learning about the UX/UI development process. The guys were up to date in the actual design tools and we lost no time for much research.

Just a regular status update and tracking the work. We implemented this during the process and transposed this immediately and very accurate.

Their designer is super communicative and extremely responsive. We can expect within 0-2 days results, which is amazing. She is very structured and even though most of the communication happens remote, it works pretty well.

The workflow between both teams was very effective.

Communication with the designer is very good, we worked on several topics in parallel and she never lost oversight of anything.

We have quite some technical constraints that make some solutions impossible or very hard. Sometimes we could have better communicate these constraints.
