UiTop helped us design mockups, wireframes, and eventual high fidelity designs for the V1 of our product, including a Figma prototype to help with sales demos.

We needed to do a redesign of our design system within figma to scale our design efforts and had ongoing smaller UI/UX tasks that we needed help with.

We found them online via upwork, they were super responsive and always high quality.

Ongoing and includes Figma, working closely with PMs and engineers to develop new features. Redesigned our figma components from scratch for faster prototyping.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their designer is super communicative and extremely responsive. We can expect within 0-2 days results, which is amazing. She is very structured and even though most of the communication happens remote, it works pretty well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between both teams was very effective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication with the designer is very good, we worked on several topics in parallel and she never lost oversight of anything.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have quite some technical constraints that make some solutions impossible or very hard. Sometimes we could have better communicate these constraints.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for UX/UI designers and asked them to prepare one webpage for our platform. The interview together with the first design made us choose Uitop

Designs are made in Figma. We use the comments possibilities and prototype and have online meetings to discuss the progress.
