I was looking for a local and reliable team with adequate pricing, we found UFO Engineering office, which was pretty convenient for me.

Laravel, Vue, Mysql, Nginx, WebTRC, Video conferencing technologies were used for the project.

Steps were:

• define the technologies, define the process of psychologists and patient matching, interaction and appointing times. Provide estimation for the project
• Build the architecture for the project
• Implement admin panel based on purchased theme
• Implement the design which we provided for the landing page
• Develop process of psychologists and patient matching, interaction and time appointments.
• Develop video call functionality for psychology sessions

Team consisted of 6 people:

• Account manager

• front end developer

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We’ve just started, UFO Engineering helped me to build this project, all according to expected results. Now we may be able to help more people and more effectively, right now this is very important especially due to recent events which are happening in Ukraine.

All the management we’re done on the end of UFO Engineering team, I only communicated with account manager, project manager and CTO, we had 3 meeting in private, rest of communication was in Google Meet and telegram.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very communicative, I had a feeling that they put themselves in my position to propose a great solution. Plus, the final result was according to my expectations that they help to from.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The team was great, I am fully satisfied with the result. If I had to suggest something, maybe I wished that the app was released faster but I understand that some technical, tasks need time to be developed and tested properly, but I would not call that a disadvantage, more important is that the team is suppose to be on expected schedule.

When we were working with the previous developer, we were left with non-working core features and with 50 percent ready front end part. The previous developers did not even provide the project files they were working with. So we needed to finalize the platform and launch it.

JavaScript, jQuerry, GULP, Laravel, MySQL technologies were used. There were following project steps.

• Extract all the files from dev version of website and set up new environment.
• Finalize the development of CRUD features, user registration, managing of passwords etc.
• Develop non existing pages.
• Improve training calendar.
• Improve training algorithm.
• Add training events and system notifications.
• Development of admin panel.

Yaroslav allocated one front end developer and one back end developer to our project and managed their tasks himself.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After a partnership with UFO we have a working application that we plan to improve in the future. We were not able to start this business for quite some time until we met Yaroslav and his team.

Yaroslav has done most of the management, with the help of the tasks tracker, I was not involved very much, but was satisfied.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The UFO team was very helpful and reliable. They acted like they were a part of our company - thinking about our product with empathy and care. It was very meaningful for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

UFO Engineering team was amazing, especially after our previous experience and the price was very adequate. I guess the only thing to improve is to get even better at coding with all the latest and future technologies and be even more effective in management but I did not see any issues with either of those

We have cooperated earlier in the other similar app projects. Factors were:

• a responsible team that was always there to communicate with me
• pretty good quality of work

In the first phase, we did some requirement elicitation work with them. After that, they did mockups for the service. After accepting those design mockups they started to develop. After a few weeks, we received the first version of the app for testing. After that, we have added needed features and constantly tested the result.

Only one participated in the project.

The application was created from the scratch and involved all the required features. The team was always available and did as best as they could as usual with all the modern technologies and development principles.

They were professionals! We used Skype chats on a weekly basis. We also had some Skype calls as well during the time. We communicated pretty much and it was easy with them.

Their good attitude toward delivering good solutions was impressive. They are also:

• Offers good service
• Offers pretty affordable in price 

Yet now they have increased their rates.

Debugging and testing could be done better to reduce time wasted.

I did call for quote including several development companies. This one was selected due to their professional offering, great communication and affordable price level.

The application which helps construction companies to visualize architecture projects and present them on the websites in interactive view. Application is implemented as a widget on the website of the seller with an images of architecture project, buildings, apartments with masks and availability to book the property.

I've got new paying clients that are willing to pay on monthly basis for this software, and I am going to further develop the app.

Weekly skype calls, and checkups.

Job was completed beautifully and competently! I absolutely recommend hiring Konstantin and his team. He's showing real professionalism in everything he does. The team proposed a lot of solutions to drastically improve the user experience and overcame all the challenges with architecture on the project. I’m the CEO of Marketbox, which is a trading platform. It’s a channel where retailers can sell their products on several marketplaces and manage them from one place.

They developed the architectural database, the first version of the frontend of the system, a landing page, and a CRM. They helped us to choose the right framework which was Laravel and advised us on choosing the proper database and technologies.

The team is professional and extremely qualified. They did very good work as their development team is excellent. We were pleased with them, but we decided to create an in-house team.

They have very good project management. Communication was over Slack, Skype, and phone. We also had regular standup meetings to discuss any difficult questions or decisions.

Their team lead has a very good analytic system. He understands business tasks and can convert them into a development task.

They don’t always understand my tasks correctly. I have had to clarify some responsibilities. They can improve this through experience and time.
