I'm the owner of a digital marketing company. My primary roll is to bring on new clients. We focus with e-commerce clients.

We were launching a new jewelry company and hired UAWC Agency to fulfill our media buying needs for Facebook, Google and Pinterest.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for digital marketing services specifically for e-commecrce and Facebook ads. We read many positive reviews, scheduled an interview. The interview went amazing and we decided to hire UAWC agency.

First, UAWC agency ran an an audit for our jewelry company that we were working with. They found many things that need adjusting and correcting before we could start. Once those adjustments were made, they ran oFacebook ads. They developed the copy and creatives and uses Facebook Business Manager to run the ads.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Four people. All media buyers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Considering that this was for a start up jewelry company, the results were good. Our client had a monthly budget and we were seeing a 2x return.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. All communication was lead tgrough Basecamp. The team was very responsive about getting back to you and providing weekly reports.
