I’m the director of marketing for a boat lift manufacturer.

What challenge were you trying to address with U-Thrive Marketing?

As our consumers started looking for their products online, we realized we needed a better virtual presence. We needed to be perceived as and aligned with being the number one company in our industry.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

U-Thrive works to provide both SEO and PPC services in order to boost our search engine rankings. The team guides us through what we need to do on a consistent basis. 

They’ve connected us with content writers to write blogs for our website, coached us on how to properly upload photos to our site, and more. They also do work to not only target leads, but retarget the audience who’s already engaged with us.

We work primarily with Bill (Founder).

How did you come to work with U-Thrive Marketing?

U-Thrive was with the company when I joined.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend between $35,000–$40,000 per year.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since March 2013.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

In the last year, our conversion rates went up by 57%, and the amount of sessions went up 72% with our overall users going up 74%. 

Also, Bill is constantly engaged with our business. He monitors our site constantly and goes above and beyond to deliver us the best results.

How did U-Thrive Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We meet about four times per year to make sure we’re both aligned. We both bring ideas to the table, and our collaboration works really well. We also get monthly reports. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Overall, Bill is an amazing partner to our business. We hired him for SEO and PPC services, but he’s always watching out for anything that affects our business. I have a million things going on throughout the day. Knowing in the back of my mind that I have an amazing partner helping me is very comforting. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing that really comes to mind. We’re very pleased.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The monthly reporting we do is really helpful; it holds us both accountable to implement the items that will increase our SEO. Future clients should consider doing the same.
