Two Core Global developed a complete digital platform for Noorrix Motors, focused on improving vehicle sales, customer enquiries and day-to-day dealership operations. 

Key deliverables included: 

Website Design & Development – Built a modern, responsive dealership website using NextJS, React, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS 
Vehicle Listings & Inventory – Developed a system to create, manage and display vehicle listings with detailed specifications, pricing and availability 
Vehicle Valuation Calculator – Built an online tool allowing customers to estimate the value of their vehicles for selling or part exchange 
Chatbots & Conversational AI – Developed an AI chatbot to answer customer questions, guide users and assist with vehicle enquiries 
Appointment Booking – Built appointment and test-drive booking functionality to make scheduling easier for customers and the dealership 
Backend Development – Developed the backend and business logic using Django, NodeJS, Python and SQL 
Customer Enquiry Management – Created tools to capture and manage enquiries and improve the customer journey from enquiry to appointment 

Overall, the project combined a customer-facing website with custom automotive tools and automation to create a more efficient digital experience for the dealership.

They were easy to work with and kept us updated throughout the project. They delivered the work before time and were quick to respond whenever we had changes or new requirements. They listened to our feedback and made adjustments when needed, which made the whole process straightforward. Even now they lookup to the website daily and manage our listings. Great experience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was that we chose Two Core Global to build a completely custom platform rather than relying on ready-made dealer solutions. Most dealerships in our area use DealerHub to create their websites and pay monthly for features such as vehicle valuation calculators, chatbots and other services. We decided to have our own system built from the ground up, giving us more control and flexibility, and Two Core Global delivered exactly what we were looking for.

We are a used car dealership in Bedford, and we needed a custom platform to manage our vehicle listings, attract enquiries and make the buying and selling process easier for customers. We chose Two Core Global instead of using the ready-made dealer platforms commonly used in our area. They built our website along with a vehicle valuation calculator, chatbot, appointment booking and other custom features around how our business operates. Very happy with the result.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Two Core Global could have done differently?

Overall, we were very happy with the work. If anything, having a little more documentation and training at the end of the project would have made it even easier for our team to manage some of the features ourselves. Other than that, the communication and development process were very good.
