The project has already delivered clear progress. The sales team has adopted the CRM and can now use the system for tasks such as recruitment and reporting. They find it much more intuitive and efficient than the previous platform.

Another success was the smooth transition from the old timesheet system to Salesforce, with no drop in submissions during the switch-over week.

CRM adoption has improved a lot. The sales team can now search CVs and track records, view reports, and update Salesforce. These changes have made the system easier to use and a better fit to our processes.

Although it’s still early, the changes are making a noticeable difference, and we anticipate more ongoing improvements for everyone at Clive Henry Group.

Our marketing team was completely new to the system, and now we have a high level of adoption, which is the result of the structured setup and clear communication with Twistellar, including onboarding initiatives and well-documented user guides. We have run several campaigns, and are satisfied with the segmentation features that allow us to target based on any of our needs, delivering a personalised and well-thought approach to our communication.
