We needed help migrating a legacy JavaScript/PHP customer portal to our company's Blazor stack.

TwinCore reviewed the legacy codebase, assessed the work scope, suggested an execution plan, and managed the execution. The team did the full coding work. We did the QA.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

TwinCore delivered a fully functioning Blazor solution. They fixed a dozen bugs, and we asked them to implement half a dozen improvements. All of them passed our QA. Although it's too early to tell, I'm confident the new solution is much more stable and user-friendly.

How did TwinCore perform from a project management standpoint?

Our project was more budget-constrained than time-constrained, so we agreed TwinCore would deliver at their convenience. We didn't see any issues with tardiness. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

TwinCore was extremely pragmatic and billed fairly. We were sure they would deliver exactly what we asked for while being candid about their preferred solution. At all times, I felt I was working with an honest, capable team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If anything, they could have upsold more aggressively. However, our project was so small and kept getting smaller, so maybe even with upselling, we wouldn't have met their desired ticket size.
