We had previously used a portion of the Parish council website. We wanted to have our own identity as the newly built hall develops for many activities and used by people from the villagers around Horsley.

We looked for a company that looked to give something back to the community and were really interested in what they did for us.

We prepared a background of the different aspects we wanted covered - and then left the design to the professionals. We tweaked the development as we went through, with regular on line meetings. Lots of ideas were given to us - the result was extremely pleasing.

As the site has just gone live, it is too early to judge but there link to the online booking system will mer hugely beneficial

Regular e-mails,. feedback and exchange of comments. On line discussion enabled the project to knit together and for Chris to be aware throughout of our thoughts as he developed the system.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The willingness to undertake this project at cost to the company for us a Charity. And we were not relegated to the bottom of the pile to be dealt with when time allowed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We agreed a path and followed it - we are happy with that approach.

We wanted to expand our market by developing a site — many customers feel more secure if a company has a website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed a website for my business from scratch and designed everything regarding it. The site allows users to be linked directly to our social media accounts, like Instagram. Currently, they’re offering maintenance and hosting services for our platform.

What is the team composition?

We only work with Chris (Video Director), which is my main point of contact.

They were referred to us by someone who knew about their work.

We’ve spent £200 (approximately $270 USD) with them so far.

We started working together in April 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

The quality of the site is fantastic, and they’ve done everything I requested from them.

How did TTOY Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re excellent; they take care of every task brilliantly, so we haven’t had any issues. In terms of communication, we use email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them? 

Their communication is outstanding; they’re always on call whenever we need anything and take care of it right away.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Be aware that you’re in safe hands; they’re a knowledgeable team that’s able to fulfill any team’s expectations.

I'm a competing powerlifter and powerlifting coach and I wanted to set up a website that would enable me to have a space to share my experiences and knowledge of the sport with other women. A place where I could offer support and guidance to others who have an interest, just starting out or want advice about competing.

How did you select TTOY Digital and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for someone local who would be within my budget. TTOY offered me a consultation and options to view everything to make sure I was 100% happy before entering into any contracts.

Through a series of meetings, TTOY were about to design my website exactly to my specifications and made adjustments according to my feedback including an email address and a contact form on the website enabling me to communicate with visitors efficiently and effectively.

I worked with 1 person which was most appropriate as I wanted a quick turnaround on the website. My content was already written I just needed it putting on the website itself.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have a bright and vibrant website that showcases all the different elements of what I can offer to visitors and can be easily updated if I need to change anything. It's easy to navigate and very user friendly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was quick and easy with queries always being attended to within 48 hours. The personalised service dashboard is very easy to use and gives you all the information you need to raise and track changes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very approachable and friendly with multiple options offer when needed. I feel happy that my website is in good hands.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I often need technical jargon breaking down into layman terms and I sometimes need to remind them of that but otherwise I can't say there have been any issues.

I am the Founder and Head Coach of a company that provides free online support to Young Adults in the UK. We assist them with decision making and self confidence while making the journey from education to a career.

TTOY Digital was given the task of creating a new and more modern website that appeals to our target audience. The original website was self made. They have also taken on the hosting of our website and email addresses which enables us more tools to reach a wider audience.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

TTOY Digital came across our website and offered their services as part of their drive to support the local community.

In all we had 5 meetings through out the whole process, however, had we needed more they would have happened. Every stage was explained and discussed. TTOY Digital were really good and made sure I understood each step.

We had initial discussions about the design, we had a meeting once the prototypes were ready, we had a meeting/training so I understood how to use the new software, we had a meeting about emails and getting them set up and then another when I struggled with my own technical know how!!

I worked with Chris, the Managing Director.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All documentation sent to me for signature was very clear and, the fact that everything was done online meant the project could move forward swiftly. The software that TTOY use to allow you to submit your own website content during the build stage was really great to use and it was nice to see the dates we were aiming for with each stage.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between TTOY Digital and me could not have been better, or easier. This is not my only company and so they were really accommodating in working round my busy schedule for meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think the most impressive thing was their understanding of the best look and tone for my website. I am so grateful for that. I allowed them free reign, as they are the experts, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their approach to me was unique because they did literally approach me in order to help promote my cause!!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In my dealings with TTOY Design I don't see there was anything that they could have improved, or done differently.

I had a certain image in my mind of a professional, up market website. This has been achieved. My website was sent to friends who are themselves professionals and all seem very happy that i have achieved a quality website that matches the products that i'm selling.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

If i'm being honest most the time Chris was probably waiting on me to produce copy or content for the site. I'm not sure i have ever had to wait for Chris to reach a mile stone. Chris' response time were very quick and problems were dealt with in timely fashion. Delivery of his service was exactly on time despite me being the drag on deadlines. His communication throughout was exceptional and was a major factor in the this project being successful.

The personal relationship he was able to strike up with me. This was in mind the key element in the project, even outside normal working hours he was personable and efficient.
