Their developers are quick to understand issues, and have a persistent knack of tackling hairy issues. We had some nasty race conditions and after some troubleshooting they were able to address them. They are very good in making sure they deliver a quality project

I provided a long list of updates and improvements we needed to our proprietary internal application. TSD has successfully executed and delivered the first two phases. This includes messaging functions, data flow design, API integration with SendGrid to automate processes, various updates to Tererik tables, improving site speed, UI and UX.

We have gotten feedback from our managers and users that our application is more informative, user-friendly, and streamlines processes for our business.

I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to produce quality technical solutions. That includes but is not limited to their ability to understand our requirements, exhibit excellent communication skills, provide timely responses, and competently deliver solutions that provide beneficial outcomes for our business.

Their responsiveness, professionalism, and their ability to code our requirements successfully. They go above and beyond to ensure things are done the right way, making them feel like a true partner to our business.

There have been quite a few bugs, but I think this is to be expected when coming in and changing an existing application. They are quick to respond, address, and correct bugs when they are identified.

I'm the CIO of 3 Corners, LLC which owns Circa Resort & Casino, The D Casino, and Golden Gate casino in fabulous downtown Las Vegas.

For what projects/services did your company hire TSD Group, and what were your goals?

We hired TSD to help us to aggregate our mobile app and our web app for players into a single, secure, SSO model. We wanted the least amount of impact on our existing customers and a streamlined new model for registration.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected TSD due to their expertise in Microsoft technologies including .NET, SQL Server and Azure all of which would be required for this project.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They developed a model to import players from a custom SQL Server registration and login to a unified Azure Active Directory B2C directory. They then built a new user interface for our player portal using ASP.NET Core to allow new players and old to register their accounts, and login to view their current status and offers.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The team was about 4 developers with a primary contact managing the overall team. I personally worked with their lead account manager Delyan on budgets, timelines, etc.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We transitioned around 10,000 users logins and registrations to the new model. Feedback both from users and our internal Loyalty management team was very positive.

Much of the day-to-day interactions was done via email as well as Azure DevOps online. Meetings were held via Microsoft Teams as needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very good at quickly understanding the needs of the users and translating that into working products. There were no language barriers and we were able to work with them as if they were just another part of our team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The final stages of the project were delayed not by them but by our marketing efforts around the new version. As such we did lose a bit of momentum but again I don't think that was their fault.

We reduced the time it takes to do monthly invoicing from 15 days to 4 days with 100% accuracy.
