Yes, first I hop on a call with the trust infoways team and they explain me the whole process in brief so everything stays transparent between both parties, after collecting all my requirements they provided me the detail document of the work and after approval of that we started working. This app in only available on the iOS and we have used Swift language for the development.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
One thing that I most like about them was that in every meeting the CEO of the company was available to clear all my doubts, what I have seen in other companies that CEO only comes on the call when there is time to close the deal, but that did't happen with them.

We selected the vendor via a third-party freelance company and after reviewing their prior project work along with doing a video conference call discussing the project with the developer who was tasked to work on our project. We were satisfied with the conversation and decided to select them.

We are currently iterating our product to figure out the product-market fit for our app, this primarily requires being agile to quickly work out the implementation details and focus on functionality and provide us the deliverables based on the module requirements. All the tasks that were given for our project were handled very professionally and in a timely manner. We were able to ship out our product and figure out market. Not having to worry too much about the low-level details for the iOS development helped me and my team focus on other things which was great.

Since we established our requirements to be agile and work on the modules that might not contain all the relevant information required to do the deliverables successfully; the iOS developer was proactive in figuring out the specifications of the module he was working on and made sure to check with us as he made progress on the project. This helped in eliminating any gaps in communication and helped deliver on the project.

I was impressed with their expertise in iOS development.

Sometimes required in a bit of back and forth in making sure the code quality was up to our standard. Eventually, the iOS developer understood what we are looking for in terms of our code quality and has gotten better.
