I had an established business of 300 people, with around 10-15 people directly involved in sales. But I had a very obsolete Salesforce setup. Cumbersome processes, lack of integration to other systems, CRM was a formality that did not help us to sell but created lots of overhead. TrueSolve helped us to get rid of the tech depth. They figured out how to remove everything that was not needed, and then based on our requirements, they created new code and settings to implement key sales management processes and reports.

The only thing that comes to mind is that I would prefer a more low-code / settings-based approach, while TrueSolv is really focused on development.

Developed our custom integration with SalesForce from beginning to end. They provided consultation regarding scope as well as a roadmap going forward which were important due to our lack of experience with SalesForce apps.

I’m the former head of marketing for wheel.me, a robotics company. We provide autonomous wheels to turn existing infrastructure into self-driving robots, enabling businesses to improve indoor mobility, efficiency, and automation.

What challenge were you trying to address with TrueSolv?

We needed Salesforce administration and development support that we didn’t have in-house.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

TrueSolv helped us build a sales and marketing funnel and integrate it with our website and lead generation tools. They also helped us redo all the object layouts, set up the architecture, and make everything user-friendly and easy to use with the help of automations, success paths, and more. In addition, they helped us with data cleanup, data protection strategies, and data integrity strategies.

Moreover, they launched the service cloud and helped us rebuild the sales cloud. A lot of data was messy, dashboards were broken, there was no sales process, and there were no automations. Therefore, we had to build an integrated sales and marketing funnel with clean data flowing through it.

As for specific features and functionalities, TrueSolv implemented website integration, auto-task assignment, sales sequences, data tagging, reworking all object layouts, lead, and opportunity processes.

TrueSolv set up several flows to help automate parts of our support process. The team automated case assignment rules and built the base for a new help site.
