Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They get very involved in each initiative. We discuss the plan together, assign responsibilities and they get to work, leading and having accountability. Delivery of items was normally on time, and if it wasn't, they would clearly explain the reasons behind it and the plan to accelerate delivery. To be honest, many times we were late to deliver plans because of me and how busy I was with other projects.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge and innovative approach was impressive to me at first. And over time, their values and how involve they get in projects. How they participate in achieving our company goals as if they were an internal departments. Pablo and the team are there when I need him, and always has the answer to what we can do. And they deliver. Clearly seeing results is the main thing in the end. And how they show progress, too - their reporting models are great.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ⚡️TrueDemand could have done differently?

Nothing I can think of. I am very happy to have them as a part of the team. They seem like people who really care about their customers. And when mistakes happen, I'm sure they learn and iterate very fast.
