The scope of work included assessing our existing IT environment, Setup Microsoft 365, Migrate the data from Google workspace, and implementing modern workplace capabilities across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and security controls. TrnDigital also helped establish governance policies, improve collaboration workflows, and ensure our Microsoft environment was properly structured to support productivity and security requirements.

The transformation significantly improved collaboration and document accessibility across our teams. Employees are now able to work more efficiently using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, while enhanced governance and security controls have strengthened our overall IT posture. The improvements have helped streamline operations and provided a more scalable digital workplace foundation.
