I am the CEO of Guidethrough Pty Ltd and our core product is a screen-guidance digital adoption and embedded learning platform.

For what projects/services did your company hire Trivians - Web Development and Custom Software Development company in India, and what were your goals?
We were experiencing many issues with trying to get the key algorithm for our product and so after some time attempting to fix this with other developers we found and engaged Trivians to troubleshoot the issues and re-write the algorithm.

We found them through a strong recommendation from a contacting portal and upon checking qualifications and experience we interviewed them and felt that they were well-placed to do the work.

We engaged Trivians to troubleshoot the many issues with our core algorithm, review and make recommendations on the technology stack we should use and adopt for our product and then implement that recommended stack and re-write the algorithm.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Trivians were great at troubleshooting our core issues and wrote the code to solve those such that we were able to release the software to Production.

Their project management style is very hands-on and we used Slack for communication, Zoom for meetings and Trello to log user stories and manage the development priorities.
