Technical Support & Risk Management ExcellenceTrippple’s engagement under the retainer agreement in Q3 2024 was marked by a disciplined and results-driven approach. They provided critical support for issues beyond the scope of standard helpdesk operations, including outages and high-risk technical challenges. Their ability to transition knowledge and support responsibilities to MRI India by the end of the term was executed with precision and transparency. Client-Focused Development WorkTrippple’s work on product-related performance issues was particularly impactful. What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Infrastructure Modernisation & Risk Mitigation
Trippple is currently leading the migration ofa product on EC2 servers to AWS Fargate, replacing outdated Debian environments with Amazon Linux 2 containers. This resolves critical Infosec vulnerabilities, improves system resilience, and enables endpoint protection (e.g., antivirus) to function properly.  Currently ongoing, so far so good.

2. Performance Optimisation for Client Reports
Trippple addressed high-priority performance issues affecting major clients:

• Offer & Sales Report: Trippple scoped and delivered a solution within 8 hours to improve daily report execution speed.
• Search Functionality: Investigated and proposed a robust solution within 6 hours to overcome technology limitations impacting daily client use.
• Finance Report Slowness: Analysed and monitored sporadic performance issues, with recommendations for long-term fixes.

3. Technical Support & Risk Management
Under a 3-month retainer, Trippple provided 40 hours/week of support focused on critical issues and outages. This included:

• Transitioning technical support responsibilities to MRI India.
• Weekly tracking of hours via MRI’s OpenAir system.
• Monthly check-ins and documentation via Confluence and Loom.

4. Client-Facing Development Initiatives
Trippple contributed to multiple client-funded development projects, including:

• Website enhancements (e.g., keyword search, CV attachments).
• Charging control fixes (25–40 hours estimated).
• Career form upgrades and category clean-up (up to 80 hours)

Trippple consistently demonstrated an ability to tackle complex infrastructure and product challenges with speed and precision. Their work on containerising Property Suite servers and migrating to AWS Fargate resolves critical vulnerabilities and improved system resilience.

Whether it was developing media templates, integrating with partners, or refactoring Quick Search functionality, they consistently delivered tailored solutions that aligned with client priorities and timelines. Their ability to scope, quote, and execute within tight windows reflects a rare blend of flexibility and reliability.

3. Commercial Transparency and Flexibility
Their prepaid hours model is both innovative and practical. By offering discounted blocks of hours with clear usage tracking, Trippple simplified procurement, accelerated delivery, and reduced administrative overhead. This model was well-received by clients and reflects a deep understanding of how to balance commercial viability with operational efficiency.

4. Collaborative Spirit and Knowledge Sharing
Trippple actively contributed to team learning and process improvement. Their use of Confluence documentation, Loom videos, and structured handovers ensured that internal teams could shadow, learn, and sustain the work long after delivery. This approach fostered cross-functional collaboration between our Cloud Engineering and Product Development teams.

 We needed help with the customization of PropertySuite software and data cleansing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

 Trippple Software provided us with custom software development and data cleanup services. The team altered the contact and potential buyer management solutions in PropertySuite.

 We worked with three teammates from Trippple Software.

How did you come to work with Trippple Software?

 I had previously worked with Trippple Software at PropertySuite Ltd. I found them through previous colleagues and chose them over other options because I knew they could deliver what I wanted.

 We worked with them from July–August 2025.

 Trippple Software worked through a list of tasks and indicated when they were complete via Slack. The team cleaned up 200,000 contacts in our database.
