We needed help with mobile app development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Trinix Ways has helped us with full native mobile development for iOS and Android. The team has also integrated APIs, implemented FCM, authentication, permission handling, state syncing, system architecture and design, security, UI implementation, and locale translations. Moreover, the team has conducted R&D on obscure OS APIs and mechanisms to solve core issues.

How did you come to work with Trinix Ways?

We found Trinix Ways through an online search. We chose them because they offered good value for the cost. Moreover, out of all the candidates we interviewed, they seemed to be the most capable and familiar with our stack. The team was able to point out possible limitations of our original plan and suggest a good way to deal with them during the interview. We knew right away that they would be a good fit.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Trinix Ways in March 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Trinix Ways has delivered timely deliverables, fast iterations, and real problem-solving. The team has released a fix or a new feature every few days consistently throughout the project. Usually, each build contains multiple changes at once.

How did Trinix Ways perform from a project management standpoint?

Trinix Ways' project management has been amazing; it's been a delight. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Trinix Ways' professionalism and knowledge have been impressive. The team consistently gives detailed responses, explaining potential side effects and trade-offs, allowing us to select the best course of action at each step.

The team developed our mobile application from the ground up, including all the required features for both iOS and Android, while ensuring full synchronization with our web dashboard. She implemented a complex system involving parent and child apps, authentication flows, push notifications, real-time synchronization, background tasks, and platform-specific capabilities. Throughout the project, she consistently delivered high-quality work, communicated clearly, and was proactive in finding solutions to technical challenges. The final product met our expectations and provided a stable, well-structured foundation for our platform. We were very satisfied with both the development process and the final deliverables.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team successfully delivered a production-ready mobile application that met all of our core requirements. The apps are fully synchronized with our web dashboard, all planned MVP features were implemented, and the product is now ready for pilot deployment. Throughout the project, technical challenges were resolved quickly, resulting in a stable and reliable mobile platform.

Communication was outstanding throughout the project. Valerie was always available, responded quickly, and was highly attentive to our needs. He understood the challenges we faced, provided practical solutions, and consistently helped us overcome technical issues. Deliverables were completed on time, and working with him was smooth, professional, and reliable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was that we could already see their professionalism during the selection process. Their detailed explanations, technical expertise, and creative approach to solving complex problems gave us confidence that we had chosen the right team. That same level of professionalism, responsiveness, and problem-solving continued throughout the entire project, making them a reliable and trusted development partner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Trinix Ways could have done differently?

We honestly don’t have any suggestions for improvement. Our experience with Trinix Ways was excellent from start to finish, and we would gladly work with them again.
