Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

When we started this project, our website was just a concept. Since then, we’ve had thousands of registered users and regular online sales.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Our dedicated project manager keeps us informed about progress with detailed worksheets. He is easy to get hold of at all times and makes a great effort to execute everything perfectly. They are happy to accommodate changes when required.

Treta Infotech helped us migrate a knowledge management system from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2016. They handled the development and set up staging and production farms for our client’s portal. The system utilized SharePoint's rich taxonomy and content type features to sort guides, templates, and process documents into different verticals within the company.

We worked with two SharePoint developers, two frontend developers, and two SharePoint administrators.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We completed the migration within four months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used Trello for our internal communication. They were good at reporting any errors immediately, which was important and kept the project on track.
