We were looking to expand our reach on Google, (both organically and paid) but wanted to make sure we maximised our ROI

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were recommended Trafiki from another company that used them previously. We had several meetings so that we could establish that Trafiki would be the right fit for our marketing. After a bespoke and detailed proposal, and having seen some of their work we were happy to proceed with them.

We first engaged Trafiki to overhaul our existing PPC campaigns. They created hundreds of targeted ads, making sure our keywords were researched to generate the best impact and response. They also created a multi-channel shopping campaign for our eccommerce site. After a year of work we were so pleased with them that we hired them to rebuild our existing ecommerce site. This further increased our conversions online. Trafiki also work with their team of web developers to make sure we organically rank well.

We were assigned two PPC/SEO Account Managers and one dedicated web developer

We have seen a minimum of 10% conversion increase on our store. Alongside this we have seen a substantial increase in lead generation from all of our paid Ads.

We found that their attention to detail was fantastic, and they were there to advise us the whole way. Deadlines were met and their client support is second to none.

I have to say that what impressed me the most about Trafiki is the extremley high level of skill, competence and experience their team have in this industry,

For us, there's not much more they could build on. They have transformed our marketing campaigns over the last 4 years and we will continue to use their services

We communicate via phone and email. They’re very on top of the ball with meeting the deadlines.

They’re great at explaining concepts, even if you’re unfamiliar with Google Ads. They teach me new things all the time.
