The team consistently met deadlines or if there was an issue, they communicated the threat clearly and with time to adjust at our end.

Some projects were more complex than anticipated and the alerts of issues, were generally accompanied with a suggested solution.

What was your primary form of communication with tPanel Solution?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

1. Smarts - the business owner and lead developer, Tim Wang, is a super smart solutions designer and builder. He adds a lot of value during the design stage and again during development comes back at his own initiative with ideas that pop-up along the way.
2. Dedication - I always felt that TPanel were like another shareholder in our business. They really looked out for our interests and often came to use with concerns or ideas out of the normal project flow. If we struggled commercially, they were there to help.
3. Indepenent thought - they are quite comfortable questioning the briefs provided, if they think there's a better way of doing things. That said, if we determine to proceed as planned, they hop onboard and deliver the brief with the usual focus.
4. Accountability - they honour their quotes to a fault. I have at times to push back and ask them to charge actual hours because they are not accountable for the overage.
5. Available/ responsive - they are there when we need them and generally find the resources to deliver to our needs even at short notice.

Are there any areas for improvement or something tPanel Solution could have done differently?

None to give.
