Top Notch spent a lot of time researching and understanding my project. Reviewed all the materials I provided them. Wrote a solid script. Worked with me to revise the script until I was 100% satisfied. They selected the best location for the shoot. Traveled to the shoot and set up and recorded 100 takes to make sure it was perfect.

They take pride in their work product. They go the extra mile, taking the time to learn about your project. The branding video was amazing and the three commercials are coming along beautifully. I plan to hire them to produce at least one commercial a month going forward.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed a corporate video that was inspiring and engaging enough to show in front of an international audience at the world's largest family office investment meeting in Monaco, as well as at a private charity gala this fall.

We researched vendors online, starting from Google search results, followed by reading customer reviews, and then having a call with the producers.

The team had a chat with us, discussed our goals, and told us what resources they'd need from us in order to carry forward with our vision (such as logos, etc).

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Top Notch Cinema's staff was constantly in touch with us via email and phone late into the evenings and on weekends even, continually engaging with us in back-to-back conversations, screenshots with comments, and feedback regarding our creative process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They delivered on time on all occassions and impressed us with their combination of speed and professionalism. People from around the globe complemented positively about the quality of their work.

It was very effective. We never missed a beat and they were in touch with us almost instantly after we reached out. They're very good about replying via email quickly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They're willing to go above and beyond for the customer. We made many, many revisions, but they were extremely flexible when many other companies might have walked away, particularly after they collected the final payment from us. These guys stick with it!

 We needed support with video production to deliver on a vision regarding what our business was trying to accomplish.

What was the scope of their involvement?

 Top Notch Cinema helped us create the storyboard and visuals for our video. Throughout the project, the team collaborated with us regarding images, storyline, and overall thematic content. The main deliverable was a video that brought our vision into focus and helped us tell our story. Top Notch Cinema took our newly created brand and brought the audience into the storyline by showing images and voiceovers that told a clear story of what our company was trying to achieve.

 I found Top Notch Cinema through an extensive internet search for film and video marketing creation. I chose them because the work they had done in the past with AI and full studio production was outstanding.

 We worked together from September–October 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 Top Notch Cinema delivered a high-quality video on time and within schedule. The folks who have seen the video have applauded the work because they saw exactly what I was trying to do with my company. The video allowed them to see the future of what we were creating.

When we first contacted TNC, we saw quick responses, organized thoughts, creativity and a lot of care and attention even though we are a startup business. We felt like the crew truly cared about our business and our product the same way we did. The amount of enthusiasm, support and inspiration was more than we could possibly imagine. The whole crew was very professional. We were honored to deal with Greg all the time who is the Head of Production. This guy is truly the Top Notch. We were always blown away by how quick he responded, how enthusiastic he was about our product, how he thought out loud and shared incredible ideas with us and just how nice, respectful and amazing he was. We are actually sad that the assignment came to an end because to launch a new product we deal with a lot of businesses and Greg was the breath of fresh air. Greg made the process easy and the results were incredible. We couldn't believe how everything turned out. The quality was incredible. Their ideas were applied perfectly, it was all done in a timely manner and with diligence.

I worked with TNC some years ago on another project and they did a great job. So I hired them again for Carlita.

Script was written, shooting location and actors were selected, production and editing were made. Every step went on a smooth road.

I worked directly with Gregory Parker, the head of production. He did a very professional job. I can not complain about anything.

The video was shown to a wide audience on internet and I received excellent feedbacks and comments. People do understand well the use and necessity in daily life of our product.

Pricing is reasonable and work is really professional and efficient. I will hire them again if I have a need.
