How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Tonik designed websites for two firms in my industry whose websites I loved the most. Their team was communicative, and their pricing was reasonable given the high quality of their work.

I worked with a brand designer at Tonik to share my vision for the company's brand, and we worked through several iterations to align on a brand I liked. We then moved on to website UI development, and finally a developer took over to build the site on Webflow.

They created a beautiful website and brand that immediately increased our flow of inbound leads.

They were easy to communicate with using a shared Slack channel, periodic meetings, and Loom videos back-and-forth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very high caliber of talent all around

This was partially my fault, but the project did take a few weeks longer than expected.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to significantly improve visual communication of key concepts to make our fundraise more successful.

We asked the Tonik team to improve upon an existing base of slides with basic graphics that we had put together. It required finding better visual mediums to express the content. Each slide was changed over to the new format in support of this goal.

On our side I worked directly with the Tonik team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The slides were clearly better than what we came in with, and it did ultimately better serve the communication we were having with investors.

We like to use email and G Suite comments to communicate and the Tonik team seemlessly became a part of our existing process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The design work is excellent without providing too much in the way of specific design specs. This suggests they're experienced and have an eye for detail as well as a talent for doing this kind of project.

Not really, I felt it was well done.
