Collaboration with Tokenomia.pro began with several meeting, during which Tokenomia.pro team asked many questions from business, technical and incentives aspects. This showed that the tokenomia.pro team is already very familiar with the designed system and pays attention to many details. The first phase was to create a document describing all the relations and mechanisms in the system. 
The document described all important aspects of the system, making it a source of truth about all the system's dependencies. Information that can be found in the document: 

• System Goals Assumptions, scope and constraints in simulation 
• Describing all assets Tokenomics Describing all mechanisms (with mathematical specifications) 
• Visual system Mapping

Next phase was to create a High-Level Simulation in Machinations. In this step created over 80 mechanisms, each interactive and connected with other. This simulation allows us to change the value parameters of each mechanism and shows how mechanisms work. The simulation has been shared with our team for personal use, allowing us to analyze and create marketing materials on our own. Tokenomia.pro team created High-Level rapport from over 100 simulations with high-level conclusions. 
Third phase was to create a Low-Level Simulation in cadCAD. In the first step, Tokenomia.pro team prepared a Technical Documentation of the whole simulation with sequence of timestep and graphic description of each mechanism. Next step was to create a document with proposals of simulation scenarios. Tokenomia.pro team proposes over 150 scenarios and allows us to create our proposals. 
After coding the entire system, Tokenomia.pro showed us a document showing the workings of each mechanism in specially created diagrams. The final phase consisted of validating all the established scenarios and then analyzing the results in depth. 
The Tokenomia.pro team provided us with a comprehensive final report, which included specific conclusions with recommendations. The Tokenomia.pro team worked iteratively all the time and was in constant contact with us, which allowed us to resolve concerns efficiently. The team was also open to changes in concept or additional questions.

After getting a realistic plan for app development we decided to postpone the implementation of the SoMe campaign. Looking back, we probably avoided tremendous losses - in web3 trust is everything so if we launched a campaign and didn't deliver the product in time the community wouldn't be happy. Actually, after the workshop, our client decided to deepen relationship with them and right now they are developing parts of the product.

Everything ran smoothly and remotely, mostly through video calls. I never felt like I was waiting for a reply.
