TM8 was known to the executive team and has successfully completed work for us in the past.We selected TM8 based on relationship and level of professionalism.

The executive team identified the role(s) and created draft role descriptions. From there we set some timeframe goals and TM8 got onto identifying candidates in the market.

What was the team composition?

2 members of the executive team at our Company as well as Trent Mason from TM8.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Key areas of success include:

1. clear reiteration of project objectives and ongoing weekly status updates
2. identification in a very short manner of time of qualified candidates.
3. shortlisting suitable candidates in less the expected timeframe.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was good. Very straightforward and well outlined at the beginning and well communicated throughout.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have a fast turnaround time, respond quickly, and communicate in a timely manner.

They were a recruiter to hire developers for our company.

What were your goals for this engagement?

Hiring developers for open roles.

How did you select this vendor?

We looked at different recruiting firms and engaged with several to fill roles. Trent at TM8 was great.

Describe the engagement in detail.

They would screen candidates and resumes to find if they had a technical and cultural fit. From there TM8 would pass along candidates that were highly qualified and we would conduct in-person interviews with them. Trent from TM8 would follow up to get feedback from the candidate and from us.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with Trent from TM8.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Trent would update us often with the number of highly qualified candidates, and where they were in the funnel.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was good. No issues.

What did you find most impressive about this vendor?

He was able to quickly understand our team's culture and then qualify candidates that would fit into that culture.
