Cloudwize is a regionally headquartered Managed IT Services company owned by my husband and I.

For what projects/services did your company hire Tiny Giants Co, and what were your goals?

Our website was developed quickly inhouse when we started out, so it needed a professional refresh. Our social media was ad hoc at best and we were not leveraging these platforms for our benefit.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and sort recommendations from associates. Ultimately, Tiny Giants Co won our business because they personalised their approach, they reflected the business values that are important to us, and we felt they best understood what we were wanting to achieve and how.

The website was phase 1. This was a project required within a specific timeframe with the plan to launch to coincide with our 5 year anniversary. Not only did the project complete to schedule but it was far exceeded our expectations.

Of particular note, our perception that Tiny Giants Co "got" us was reinforced with each meeting as they presented each stage of the design and build - the look and feel of the website and the content came together with minimal input from us, which as busy people we greatly valued. Goals were to make our website more appealing to clients and potential employees.

Phase 2 was the establishment and build up an ongoing social media presence. This involves ongoing development of an evergreen program along with one off campaigns for specific events. Goals have been to increase brand awareness, improve SEO and support lead generation.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We work with several members of the Tiny Giants Team including CEO, Marketing Manager, Marketing Associate, Head Designer, Account Executive. There are others from the team that engage for certain aspects of the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website exceeded our expectations and we received a range of positive feedback from different quarters. We have specifically found the website has added value to our recruitment, presenting our business and culture in such a way that others want to work for us. The ongoing social media campaign is lifting our ranks in SEO and is building our profile.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Throughout the website project there was an effective flow of communication between us and the ability of Tiny Giants Co to prepare so much of the site and content without needing us to draft everything was an unexpected bonus. We currently meet monthly with the Tiny Giants Co team with regards to our ongoing social media presence.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The speed and manner in which they understood our website requirements was most impressive. I had anticipated multiple edits and rewrites and having to write copy myself. That was never the case.

We had received excellent reviews about Tiny Giants from other companies and people who have worked with them.

We engaged Tiny Giants and provided a brief to them regarding the projects we would like to accomplish. The videos were detailed on location interviews with our intergenerational farming families.

We worked with Jared and Diana directly who were prompt with delivery and accepting of all and any feedback.

These videos were shared across our social platforms that received excellent traction and engagement with our database.

Create some compelling digital assets to tell the story of patients and our approach to patient centricity.

Quickly (within 3 weeks) develop 2 digital assets, a 3min video and 2 min 2D animation.

We have worked with them before. They are always highly creative, very organized, respond well to the brief and are empathetic and caring when working with patients and their families.

Fantastic results. Great video and 2D animation, all delivered on time. Exceeded expectations. Feedback from talent being filmed was high praise also.
