Tinkso built a fully customized, scalable employee workplace giving and donation platform that enables organizations to offer seamless workplace giving and charity matching. This solution allows employers to allocate budgets to employees, facilitate direct donations, and generate reports.

The project was delivered on time with all required specs met.

Tinkso delivers on time, and all communications were very responsive. Project management needs were coordinated through ClickUp, which works well for facilitating async comms around nuanced feature details.

I’m a technical inspector at a real estate company. We do technical house inspections for buying or selling houses. Our team makes a report with the maintenance for the coming five years.

We needed someone to build a quick and efficient technical report system.

Tinkso is helping us with the whole setup to make a technical report. The team is building the report from A to Z.

Another software development company recommended Tinkso. I checked their expertise, and it fit my development plans.

We started working together in April 2024, and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re stuck at the end of the project. We need to make some small changes to the software to make it quicker.

How did Tinkso perform from a project management standpoint?

We both had some periods when we were less active. However, we’re now working to finish the project so I can work with it and continue improving the software. We communicate through online meetings.

Tinkso thinks with us, and their communication is good.

I work with Windows, and Tinkso works with Apple. There are some differences in how we look at subjects.

We have a internal tool that is wholey adopted and properly implemented.

There were some delays and project management at times could have been more responsive. Work quality was high but our own internal culture is faster paced.

Oka is involved in mentoring across different environments from schools and charities through to leaders in business. A common theme is that people and companies find it really hard to find the right mentor. Even when they find mentors and try to establish a match, they're not using proper psychometric tools. The goal is to create a psychometrically based matching algorithm that learns as more data comes through. 

For this version, the goal was to start generating data. The main goal at the time of development was to match mentees with mentors, using a psychometrically based questionnaire. It gathers data, and allows Oka to match mentors and mentees in a hybrid way. Part automated and part manual.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to use the app with a charity and two business organisations providing us with a proof of concept that then allowed us to raise investment. We have since re-built the platform based on the original work started by Tinkso and raised a further round of investment. We have now extended the scope of our work. Tinkso provided a critical foundation for the point we've reached today.

The project management was excellent. Communication was clear. Prioritisation clear and accessible making it easy to discuss changes as and when needed. They were always responsive, even after we had completed the work and there was no business imperative for them to answer questions.I would recommend them without a second thought.

The platform allows startups to get in the best possible shape to pitch in front of investors and helps investors save time by offering a list of highly curated and relevant climate startups to invest in with a clear cut way to assess their viability.

Measurable outcomes could include delivering the project on time and within budget. The project was delivered as per what was agreed to build between Tinkso and client. Perhaps some metrics are available in regards to adoption and usage. Users or other database Things created.

Their technical expertise is unparalleled. Given the scale of the project (100M legacy records), we're pushing at the edges of Bubble's capacities and they're good at innovating in the unknown.

Because we were innovating on Bubble + Xano's capabilities, we all probably should have set more conservative timelines. This was not a simple project but that was part of the appeal for everyone involved.
