After the pilot, schools may continue under standard premium conditions or opt out without obligation.

The product is designed to alleviate the financial burden on individuals by allowing them to earn money through displaying branded advertising on their cars. The MVP focuses on rear window stickers for now, simplifying the technological requirements. The campaign owners are local store owners so drivers should drive locally as much as possible.

The MVP start with drivers and car registration through an onboarding including identity and car plate check through third party integration (Veriff & InfoAgent)

On their portal, the drivers can view and apply to a list of campaigns. Every month, an automatic check-in reminds him to fill-in their driven km, ensuring they have followed the campaign terms to get paid.

Tinkso impressed with their ability to tailor Karching!’s MVP to its unique marketplace model, balancing the needs of both advertisers and drivers. They adapted to constraints, such as the lack of real-time GPS tracking, by implementing a practical mileage verification system while ensuring a smooth driver onboarding experience. Their user-friendly approach supported my high-touch sales strategy, allowing for seamless business integration. Despite technical challenges, they remained reliable and responsive, demonstrating a strong commitment to execution and long-term support. Their work laid a solid foundation for Karching!’s launch while keeping future scalability in mind.

The app is fully responsive. We assume that some parts will be more comfortable to use on desktop (profile edition or candidates management).

 Thanks to this first version of the platform, we have registered over 200 new sign-ups since its launch two months ago.

Everything felt very well organized, transparent and clear. The only issue sometimes I felt when we didn't move forward with the whole project that I didn't know who was waiting for what or what exactly was the next step or information you need from me in order to get things moving/done.

The logic and setup of our Marketplace is kind of complex. Withi this in mind, in terms of know-how, solution-finding, and the way to build things, I truly felt blessed and amazed by Tinkso's work. Really pragmatic, knowledgeable and helpful communication on the way. With UX always at the core of the strategy of Qolect, tinkso was providing ideas and input that I didn't have on my radar.

They just incorporated that user faced thinking perfectly. Tinkso showed also tremendous joy and ability to work themselves into the collectibles topic and get into the "eyes of a collector" ... so they naturally understood requirements of features and functions which facilitated and speeded up things notably.

Working out the scope in stages instead of one/final scoping/cost definition after gathering all requirements of the build.

Not really. Given our budget, timeline, and the services we needed, we prioritized functionality over an extended design sprint, and we are really happy with this decision. While this approach was necessary, it could have been emphasized more during the scoping phase.

The main deliverable will be a fully custom designed, mobile responsive web application allowing Swimmers to configure their dream pool, get a price estimate and access a personal dashboard to follow their order process. It is a turn-key solution with state-of-the-art 3D pool configuration and an advanced AR experience that is scalable and to be integrated into client's ecommerce store. 
After a quote request is submitted by the client, they have the option to log into their personal dashboard and see a task list for them to complete the quote or order process. This can include sending, taking and storing pictures of their garden. They have access to their configurated pool from which they can return to the configurator or view their configurator in AR. 
They also have access to a personalized e-learning platform to learn how to build/install their own pool. Swimmondo has their own admin panel from which to initiate task requests, update and finalize quotes and upload documents per customer. has access to all the leads and can view their dashboard. The configurator and AR will be custom built and integrated into the Bubble app. 
App will be designed mobile responsive and be usable from desktop to mobile (350px minimum width). Both will be custom designed taking the current and new designs as well as clients new branding into account.
