What challenge were you trying to address with Tiger29?

We hired them to help fulfill one of our customers' projects, which involved local SEO.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tiger29 handles all aspects of local SEO for our client. We initially had a discovery call with the client, and then Tiger29 sent an onboarding document that the client filled out. After that, we started with the SEO; they spent the first month setting up tools and tasks. Their work includes Google Business Profile optimization.

What is the team composition?

The team from Tiger29 includes Pete, Monique, who is a marketing manager, and another marketing manager.

How did you come to work with Tiger29?

I found Tiger29 through a Google search. After speaking with them, it was clear they knew what they were doing. Everything they said sounded good, and they were really communicative. They did a good job of explaining their process, which made it easy to choose them as our service provider.

How much have you invested with them?

Over about seven months, we have invested approximately $12,000 in their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Tiger29 in March 2025, and the partnership is ongoing. We expect to continue working with them for a long time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Within the first three months, our client’s website moved from page 12 to page 1 in search results. Six months in, the client's website traffic has increased by 400% year-over-year, and they've reported a significant increase in business activity. Our client is getting better revenue and winning new leads, so we really feel the difference with the work they're doing.

The quality of their work has been amazing. Tiger29 is truly an expert and walks us through the process, recommends things, and handles most of the tasks. If they tell us they'll do something, they do it. Ultimately, the results are the best part of our engagement. Our client is super happy, and I think Tiger29 is going to be a long-term partner for us.

How did Tiger29 perform from a project management standpoint?

Tiger29's communication is really good. Any time we have a question, they get right back to us. They deliver work on time. We use Slack, Google Docs, Google Sheets, PDF reports, and email for communication and project management. Monique and the other marketing manager send us reports. Pete and Monique are really good, and we talk with them all the time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our client and I hired Tiger29 to help them grow sales and leads, and the team has done exactly that. Within three months, we could see the difference. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they've been perfect.

If you choose to work with Tiger29, you’ve made a good decision — they're a really good company. They know what they're doing and guide you through the process. The team is very informative, and if you have a question about what they're doing, they explain it and show you what they're attempting. Overall, they're an awesome company.
