I tasked Thirty Six Digital, to overhaul the aesthetics of my website, create greater functionality between pages and allow for clever integrations of 3rd party API's to connect with my CRM and ATS system.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website received fantastic reviews regarding it's visual overhaul and we were immediately given several compliments about the look and feel of the website. Overall Ryan created a far more professional looking and feeling product which in turn helped elevate our business's presence online.

They delivered all deliverables on time and accurately, and they were also very open to a barrage of aesthetic changes.

Ryan is one of the easiest to get along with individuals, he really does add credence to the phrase "People buy from people". 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Thirty Six Digital could have done differently?

Ryan is a whizz in every area we worked together on, the only area I would say there is minor room for improvement on would be an even greater understanding of the very technical areas of digital art, whilst these are in no way key to his ability to carry out his job, they could help in streamlining some processes when you have annoying arty clients like me! 
Please bare in mind though, my background is as a digital artists and this "room for improvement" response is simply me splitting hairs!

Updating and maintaining wordpress website; keeping plug ins up to date, renewing licenses; fixing broken links and orphan pages (and surveying the website for anything broken - sending us an audit); arranging donations through Woo Commerce donations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Number of plugins visibly reduced and licenses up-to-date. Website in working order! (Donations working, homepage working, images displaying correctly.)

Generally very responsive. Kept up-to-date on plugins, would respond to my queries every time I sent an email. Offered to meet virtually and speak on the phone.Website generally kept running to good time.

Their willingness to help and guidance. I was very grateful for the support they gave and particularly for showing me how to do certain elements myself.

Generally happy overall! Perhaps some more updates on what they were working on, or a report at the end of the month to show what had been done would have been helpful. But generally very happy.
