Rejoiner is a SaaS email marketing solution for e-commerce brands and retailers. I'm the Founder of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Third Spoon, and what were your goals?

We hired Third Spoon to create a customer testimonial video with one of our key accounts. Our goal was to tell the story behind great brand that was using our platform and how they were achieving fantastic results with our product.

How did you select Third Spoon and what were the deciding factors?

We reviewed several production companies' portfolios and chose Third Spoon because of the quality of their work.

We started with a planning meeting where we used storyboards to plan out our shot list. With that in hand, two Third Spoon folks traveled with us from Rhode Island to NYC to shoot the video. They brought all of the equipment, cameras, lighting, and audio equipment that we needed.

Once everything was set up at the client's office, Third Spoon facilitated an interview with the client in question, shot B-roll of the office and meeting rooms, than shot additional footage at one of the client's retail locations.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with the Founder and Video Producer at Third Spoon. On all occasions, they were receptive to your feedback and worked through several revisions of the video with us to get to the final product.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We feature the Third Spoon video on the 'Case Studies' page on our website and it has generated thousands of impressions as prospects consider our solution. It has undoubtedly been a factor in helping us close more business and enhancing our brand.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

I would describe Third Spoon as small, fast, and agile. We mainly met in person to plan. They shared rough cuts of the video with us using a file-sharing tool that allowed us to preview the final product and add additional comments where we felt things needed adjustment.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their flexibility and attention to detail on the day of the shoot were outstanding. It was a difficult spot to set up for as the office building had very tight security, challenging parking, and the office was on the 54th floor. Third Spoon handled it all in stride and the shoot was executed perfectly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I can think of!

I am the CMO of Siren Marine, a marine tech company based in Newport, Rhode Island. Siren Marine provides safety, security and smart boat monitoring so boaters can remotely track their boats' battery level, bilge activity, temperature, location and more.

Building off of creative briefs, the team proposed multiple concepts which they pitched for our consideration. After our team selected the concept desired, Third Spoon proceeded with a Storyboard and worked with our team to develop a script and visuals.

What was the team composition?

I worked closely with the firm executive who was the overall primary POC for the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although our new video assets have yet to launch, we're confident they'll prompt strong engagement & interest based on past successes with video projects with Third Spoon.

Best practices call for a structured approach to clearly outline timelines, expectations and specific deliverables. Set regular touch points/meetings and take/share meeting minutes so that all members of the team are connected and informed.

I appreciated their commitment to providing stellar work and willingness to go above and beyond to meet our needs.
