In terms of project management:

• The founder was very transparent with us throughout the whole process. 
• He provided clear communication, and would gladly align with us whenver we wanted to discuss certain matters. 
• The team did a splendid job in delivering the milestones, which allowed us to present the designs to the wider team. 
• They were very accomodating with the changes, and ideas that we had, and let us be involved with the process from start to finish. 
• They allowed us to express, and they did very well in capturing the visual design that we wanted to achieve. 
• They felt like they were also part of our internal team in terms of being able to achieve what we wanted to deliver with our stakeholders.

Overall it was an amazing experience, and would gladly work with them again given the chance.

They were able to go above and beyond what we wanted, and did very well in terms of communication, accomodation, and quality in terms of the standards we were looking for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Third Dimension Agency could have done differently?

Maybe just having one communication channel, and one source of truth documentation system would be best to log all discussions, agreements, change requests. That gives transparency to both parties, and makes it easier to find references when needed.

The Third Dimension team played a crucial role in our project, starting from the design development phase, where their expertise in technical aspects proved invaluable. This collaborative approach ensured that we could seamlessly integrate technical considerations into our project's design right from the beginning. As our project progressed, we began handing over different components to the Third Dimension team as they became ready. 

Their agile development approach, organized into sprints, helped us maintain efficient progress while we were still finalizing the design. However, due to an unexpected delay in the design phase, we faced challenges with file transfers and project timelines. What truly stood out during this challenging period was the adaptability and swift response of the Third Dimension technical team. They quickly adjusted to the situation and worked in parallel with us, enabling us to get back on track and ultimately meet our project deadline. Their flexibility and commitment to finding solutions were instrumental in our success. 

Overall, our experience collaborating with the Third Dimension team was highly satisfactory. Their professionalism, technical expertise in WebGL and ability to navigate unforeseen challenges make them a reliable partner for any project. We are grateful for their support and look forward to working with them in the future.

The site loads very quickly, despite the new technology and the large weight of data. This is one of the biggest technical achievements! And also we got Element of the day on Awwwards!

The project management was exceptional throughout our collaboration. They demonstrated a high level of competence and responsiveness in ensuring the project's success. In terms of delivering items on time, the Third Dimension team consistently met or exceeded our expectations. They implemented an agile development approach, utilizing sprints effectively, which allowed for efficient progress tracking and timely deliveries. Even when unexpected delays on our end affected the project timeline, the team adapted quickly and worked closely with us to find solutions, ultimately ensuring that project milestones were met on schedule.

We were impressed with their unwavering commitment and willingness to take on our complex WebGL project when others were hesitant. The measurable outcomes were the design of the website and then the implementation.

Third dimension were excellent in project management. They provided frequent updates, responded quickly to any feedback, and were very iterative in their approach. There was a central point of contact (Ivan) who was very clear and fast in discussing iterations and feedback, and handled all communication with the development team. Scope was clearly indicated at the start of the project, ensuring that the milestones were delivered on time and as expected. Overall, third-dimension exceeded our expectations in terms of project delivery, and we were very happy with the project management aspect.

third-dimension was very proactive in suggesting designs that would work well with our brand identity, and then worked with us to refine to a concept that we were both happy with. Most impressively, they were willing to think outside the box in the original concepts which we really liked. Iterations and feedback were very clear, and plenty of options were presented that we were happy with.
