I’m the director of Hsemu House, and we provide video production services. We specialize in corporate videography, which means that we work with businesses of all kinds and showcase their stories through video production.

They help us with SEO and Google Ads. In addition, they support us in driving our social media marketing efforts on Instagram and Facebook through services such as content marketing. In addition, they give us advice and direction on our next steps.

I knew Ryan was in the field of digital marketing so working with The Hype Society was an easy choice. I also knew that I’d be in good hands if I work with them. I was familiar with Ryan’s exemplary works, too.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The Hype Society has been very amazing, and we work well with them. They’re very thorough; they show us the metrics of our project every month, and they explain all the strategies they implement.

How did The Hype Society perform from a project management standpoint?

They go above and beyond in their project management process. We don’t have to worry about anything because they have clear communication skills. More importantly, they always have our back if any issues arise.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their level of service is impressive; they consistently follow up with us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m not sure what they could improve because they’re very good at what they dO.

They published our ads on the Facebook marketplace and retarget our organic SEO campaigns.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They provide us with weekly reports that let us know about the progress of the project. Whenever our keywords are trending downwards, they provide us with reasons and suggestions to improve.

Thanks to The Hype Society, we moved up 47% in ranking just last month, so that’s been really good for our online presence.

How did The Hype Society perform from a project management standpoint?

Besides the pandemic, we haven’t really experienced any issues when it comes to project management. They consistently give updates on their current tasks and accomplish them in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I believe their communication skills are their greatest strength.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if they can somehow make the rankings of my oppositions move backward.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We've devised a new product to introduce to the market and needed a team to focus on helping us gain enough traction prior to its launch. The Hype Society has conducted market research and examined our product analytics to identify efficient marketing strategies.

They've launched a social media campaign to address our marketing needs and help us gain enough traffic, so we can introduce the product to a wider audience upon its completion. The Hype Society continues to help us prepare for our product launch by running campaigns on our Facebook and Instagram pages. We're planning to amplify their advertising efforts as the campaign progresses.

I was acquainted with Ryan (CEO & Co-Founder) even before he founded the company. I trusted his expertise in advertising and marketing, so I didn't hesitate to onboard his team for this project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The Hype Society has definitely leveraged our presence — the ad campaigns they're running have rewarded us with at least 500% ROI on ad spend, some of those ads even averaging between 15–20 times return. Based on the results we've been getting, it's safe to say that we get what we pay for with The Hype Society's efforts.

How did The Hype Society perform from a project management standpoint?

The Hype Society manages the project smoothly — they have a dedicated project manager who keeps us in the loop at all times, and they produce transparent monthly reports for our Facebook ads and Google Analytics.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The Hype Society is a modern and knowledgeable group — they know the ins and outs of marketing a product and are fun to collaborate with as well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It's hard to pinpoint any flaw in their work — they've improved our online presence extensively, and we can't thank them enough for that.
